Wantable Makeup Review - April 2017
Wantable offers five different types of subscription boxes. This box is their makeup box, which includes 4 to 5 full-sized premium makeup products, hand-picked to perfectly match your preferences. They also offer intimates, fitness and style boxes, again customized to your preferences.  And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. They also allow you to return a just portion of your box if you want!  Wantable lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the “Retail Price” so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return certain items.  If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $36.

Wantable Makeup Review - April 2017
Wantable ships via USPS and took just a few days to arrive.  Wantable (typically) ships at the same time each month based on when you originally subscribed.  So if you subscribed at the end of the month, your box would always ship at the end of the month.

This box looked great!

Wantable Makeup Review - April 2017

As I mentioned before (and like I do every month), you can totally customize your Wantable box. You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike. You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike. It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing. Eyeliner is my only dislike, and that seems to be working out well. Wantable has also launched the “My Stream” which includes product and customer photos of items from Wantable boxes. You can scroll through the images, and if you see something you love, you can request it in your next box.

My April 2017 Wantable Makeup Box included the following items:

~Ardency Inn Modster Long Play Lip Vinyl Club Remix (Retail Price; $23, Your Price: $8.20):  Wow, this is bright.  But for some reason, I love it.  Club Remix is described as a “magenta base with purple undertone and reflect.”  It’s sort of sticky, but it’s worth it for the amazing glossiness.  As it starts to wear off, it turns into a pretty stain.

~Pure Cosmetics Contour Collection (Retail Price; $24, Your Price: $8.55): This kit includes  3 shades for contouring and 3 shades for highlighting.  For $8.55 keeping this is a no-brainer.  Now I just need to figure out how to properly contour.

~Mineral Hygienics Flawless Brush (Retail Price; $22, Your Price: $7.84): This brush is super soft and is made from real sable hair.  A nice everyday tool.

~Doucce Freematic Blush Duo Exotic Sunset (Retail Price; $32, Your Price: $11.41): These colors are buildable and go on silky smooth.  The magnetic blushes pop out so once you are done you can replace them with different shades or you can use other magnetic pans in here.

All totaled my April 2017 Wantable Makeup box had a value of $101.  I am super happy with the value and thought this box was a great fit for me!

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (makeup, intimates, fitness or the new style edit) this month? And if you don’t subscribe, what are you waiting for? There is no risk involved so go for it!

Spread the love
