BarkBox Subscription Review + Coupon Code - May 2017
BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet, and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.

BarkBox
Cost: $29/month

BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month. This month’s box was late due to some issues (I have no idea what they were) at the DHL facility in Ohio.

BarkBox does such an amazing job with their themes each month.  Everything fits together perfectly from the information card to the products to the interior packaging paper.

The May 2017 BarkBox theme was The Good, The Bad and The Pugly. Our Small BarkBox included the following items:

~Take the Money and Run ($12): This crinkly money bag has a built-in squeaker and two squeaky coins.  My dogs loved it!  The rope on the bag is super sturdy and will great for chewing and/or tug-of-war.

~Happy Howie Lamb Burger Chew ($3): These are all-natural and contain no wheat, corn, nitrates or soy.  It looks like an actual burger and I pretty sure there will be a big fight between my dogs for this.

~No Grainers Softchews ($4.99): No Grainers are 100% grain-free, USA-made dog treats made with real chicken liver.  We had to test them immediately, and they were big hits with Buddy (our Yorkie) and Buster (our Teddy Bear).

~Beefy Brisket Bites ($6): Beefy Brisket Bites are wheat-free treats from a hearty barley, rice, and oat batter, blended with flaxseed and potatoes.  They are all-natural and made in the USA.  These were also a hit!

~Theres a Chew Sheriff in Town ($10): I badly wanted to put this on Buster, but I knew he would not sit still (and it doesn’t have a strap).  The brim is crinkly, and there is a squeaker in the hat.

All totaled I came up with a value of $35.99 for the May 2017 BarkBox!  Super cute box and a nice value this month.  My dogs approved.
