I was able to select my meals for the box, and I choose “Skillet Ravioli Lasagna with Italian Salad and Croutons” along with “White Cheddar Grilled Cheese with Cherry Preserves and Basil.”  They have recently doubled their family menu choices to ten recipes per week so there were plenty to choose from!

For some reason, I forgot to take a picture of the individual ingredients, but everything arrived in perfect condition and was labeled when necessary.

The packaging on this box is 100% recyclable.  The InfinityCore liner is 100% PET and is made from recycled water bottles.  The type of packaging they use allows then to reduce the number of ice packs they need to use in each shipment.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow.  All of the ingredients were included, with the exception of olive oil, course salt, and freshly ground pepper.  We had that on hand, so it was no big deal. The instructions also tell you exactly what tools you’ll need, provides allergen information and also gives you nutrition information per serving.

We had no issues making this one and, unlike some of the meal subscription boxes, this really did only take the 30 minutes to make.

I LOVED this! I didn’t think the salad was anything to write home about, but I loved the ravioli.  It was perfectly flavorful, and we had plenty to eat!

I can’t say I have ever had grilled cheese with mayo (and not butter), but my husband tells me this is the new thing.

You guys?  This was AMAZING.  I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did.  The only thing that could have made this grilled cheese better was a little chicken on it.  The cherry preserves and white cheddar are my new power couple.  I couldn’t get enough of this. I also thought the dressing on the salad (a cherry vinaigrette) was flavorful and a great compliment to the sandwich.
