BarkBox Subscription Review + Coupon Code - June 2017
BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet, and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.

BarkBox
Cost: $29/month
Ships To: The United States and Canada.  Shipping is an additional $5 to those outside the continental US and in Canada.
Coupon Code: Use code “RAMBLING” save $10 off your first BarkShop order.

BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month.

BarkBox does such an amazing job with their themes each month.  Everything fits together perfectly from the information card to the products to the interior packaging paper.

The June 2017 BarkBox theme was Chewrassic Park. Our Small BarkBox included the following items:

~Barkbox and America Hound Jurassic Pork & Sweet Potato Dog Treats ($8): These treats are made in the USA with pork, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and rosemary.  They are chewy, but not tough and will take the dogs (I have a Yorkie and a Shih-Tsu / bichon mix) longer than a normal treat to eat.

~House of Pups Dino-Bite Treats ($6): My dogs went crazy for these!  They are soft and chewy turkey and oatmeal treats which are made in the USA.  My husband thinks they smell horrible, but the dogs loved them.

~P.L.A.Y. Hatchin’ Harry ($10):  How adorable is Harry?  The egg makes a fun crinkling noise (or maybe it’s a hatching noise), and Harry has a squeaker inside.  Buster (the Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix) went right for the shell and Buddy (our Yorkie) worked on finding the squeaker in Harry.  Teamwork!

~BarkBox & Co. Saberchewth Tiger Teeth ($8): This has a squeaker inside, and we’ve already used it for a few games of fetch.

~Sawmill Creek Smokehouse Pork Roll ($3): This is made in the USA and contains no fillers, no by-products, and no preservatives.  Buster is the chewer around here, and I am saving this for him for an extra special treat!

All totaled I came up with a value of $35 for the June 2017 BarkBox.  We all love BarkBox around here and couldn’t be happier with our boxes.
