Birchbox offers 4-6 (sometimes more) hand-picked beauty and lifestyle samples, delivered to your door each month. I have been subscribing to Birchbox for five years now and would say they are one of the most (maybe the most) well-known subscription boxes out there. They are certainly one of the longest lasting boxes.

This review is on the “Regular” June 2017 Birchbox. I didn’t purchase the curated box this month, however, it is still available in their shop for $15 ($10 for subscribers). You could also opt for the curated box in place of your regular Birchbox this month.
My June 2017 Birchbox (there are tons of variations in boxes) included the following items:
~CLEAN Cool Cotton Eau de Parfum (1mL) ($1.20): CLEAN has notes of green apple, lemon zest, mimosa blossom, cooling mint, cotton accord, and peach. I have sampled this in a subscription box in the past and always expect it to have more of a linen smell. I much prefer the citrus/floral it actually is.
~Balance Me Instant Lift Primer (5mL) ($10.50): This primer is designed to tighten and blur enlarged pores and smooth skin. I did think my skin was a bit smoother, but I there are other primers/blur products that I prefer.
~Neuma Beauty neuMoisture Instant Fix (1fl.oz) ($3.82): neuMoisture Instant Fix is an ultra hydrating leave-in conditioner for your hair. It smelled good and didn’t weigh down my hair a ton. I used it mainly for extra shine, and it did the trick.
~Mellow Cosmetics Liquid Lip Paint (Tehran) (0.05oz) ($7): Tehran is a soft nude brown. This vegan and cruelty-free shade is highly pigmented and lasted quite a while. It went on smoothly, and I didn’t have any issues with it cracking or being too drying.
~Manna Kadar Cosmetics Eye Candy Priming Shadow Stick (Jelly Bean) (1.5g) ($14.40): My shadow stick arrived smushed against the lid. It sounds like I wasn’t the only one with this issue either. I was able to “fix” it without too much of a mess, and I am hoping it stay put now. The color (Jelly Bean) is a shimmery taupe and is quite pretty on!
All totaled my June 2017 Birchbox had a value of $36.92. That’s well over 3x the cost of the box and was a solid box for me. Not out of the park amazing, but I wasn’t disappointed either.
