~Good morning! This is L’s last full week of school (W got out last week) and I know he’s ready to be done. It’s supposed to be crazy hot all week and is really starting to feel like summer around here!

~I have lots of subscription boxes coming this week including Birchbox, Kloverbox, Allure Beauty Box, an Influenster Box, PinchMe, Hamptons Lane, Beautycon, Love With Food and some others I am not 100% sure about. I’m most excited about our new dryer that’s coming this week! We had to buy a new washer a few months ago and now a dryer. Had they broken at the same time they *might* match, but not now. LOL!!!

~So I think my Orangetheory heartrate monitor is broken. Has anyone else had this happen? I had been easily getting 20+ splat points per visit, but the last few times has been a huge struggle to get any. On Saturday (an endurance day), I ended up with two (they aim for you to hit 12).  I swear I was working so something has to be up. I am going to borrow one during my next visit (I’m going to try and go for the Tornado class on Friday) and see what happens.

~Anyone try the new Starbucks ombre pink drink?  Does it taste as good as it looks?

That’s it from here! Have a great day!

Spread the love

That ombre pink drink is so delicious. It’s not super sweet and really refreshing.

Is your OTF monitor the chest or wrist one? If it’s the wrist one they can be a little finicky and sometimes need to be placed in just the right place on your arm. You may want to try wearing it a little higher on your wrist or with the actual monitor on the inside of your wrist. I’ve experienced the same problem. It’s so frustrating when you work so hard and don’t see the actual numbers once you’re used to seeing them! Good news is that you know you’re still burning lots of calories!

It’s the wrist one! I will try both of those tricks! I have been wearing it at cycle too and noticed the same thing there. And you are right, it is frustrating, but I know I am still getting a good workout in!
