MyIrelandBox Review - June 2017

The June 2017 MyIrelandBox included the following items:

~Ursula Celano Apron (~$21): I love the bright colors on this apron! It has a giant pocket in the front, which is an apron essential.  Ursula Celano partners with The Jacobs Well organization in India to sew these aprons.  Their aim is to provide meaningful employment opportunities for women living in slums and those vulnerable to different forms of discrimination, abuse, violence, and exploitation.

~Placed Screenprinted Cotton Tea Towel ($16): This is a 100% cotton screen printed tea towel.  It’s a tea towel about tea!  It has says Tae – Bianne – Siúcra which translates to  Tea – Milk – Sugar.

~Samuel Lamont Linen Pouch and Lavender Bag: This smells great and is ideal for your intimates drawer!  The shamrock embroidery on the pouch is absolutely adorable too!

MyIrelandBox Review - June 2017

~Snow Laser Studio St. Brigid’s Cross: This traditional Irish symbol is placed above doorways of cottages as a protection from fire. I have never heard of this tradition before, and I enjoyed learning about it.

~Hairy Fruit Art Irish Cottage Notepad (~$7): This notepad as a magnet on the back so you can put it on your fridge and add to your grocery list as needed.

~Placed Ireland “Baile” Card: Baile is the Irish word for home.  Wouldn’t this be perfect for a housewarming card?

~Monson Irish Jewellery Magical Irish Fairy Door (~$17):  I don’t know what I am going to do with this, but I always wanted a Fairy Door! The label suggests placing it on your baseboard/skirting, but I am thinking maybe a hidden’ish place outdoors?
