Has the September ipsy Glam Bag been revealed? I’m not sure, but maybe. It’s a little confusing if this is the September ipsy bag (it looks like a crushed velvet with a ipsy speech bubble pin) or if it’s part of a September 2017 ipsy offer. We’ll find out soon enough though!
