Avenue A boxes are like a giant shoebox. So fun to open up!

The Fall 2017 Avenue A by Adidas was curated by Kristie Mewis and Stephanie McCaffrey, professional soccer players and founders of the fashion blog Sporting Chic. The Fall box includes stylish athletic wear that supports training for every sport:

~Performance Strappy Tank ($28): I *believe* everyone will be receiving the same plum colored tank.  It’s 84% polyester / 16% elastane single jersey, and the climalite® fabric sweeps sweat away from your skin.  I think it’s best described as “airy”.  The back is very open, as are the sides.  Be prepared for a lot of your sports bra (and back) to show with this one.  I wore it today to workout in (inside my house), but I’m not ready to wear it in public.  Just too open.

Hopefully, you can see in this picture (I wasn’t about to get an armpit close-up) how open the sides are. The teal you see is the sports bra that was also included in this box.

~Halter Bra ($45): Ohh, I like this!  It’s full-coverage and super supportive. The description calls it medium coverage, but it’s a lot more coverage than most of the other adidas bras we’ve received.  The cups have breathable foam padding, which I would typically hate since you can’t remove the pads, but it works in this halter.  I think it’s because it doesn’t add any bulk?

~Supernova 7/8 Tight ($75): Another love!  These are so smooth and felt so nice on.  I found them to be true-to-size and the climalite® fabric kept my skin feeling dry.  They have an inner drawstring, zippers on the legs and fun mesh panels on the back of the leg.  I received an inky blue color, but I *think* variations are possible with this one.  The information card shows a black pair with a design down the leg.

~Adizero Tempo 9 ($120):  Eeek!  Finally, a pair of shoes that are not gray, white or black!  These pink/purple shoes felt bouncy when I put them on and were instantly comfortable. And they will only get more comfortable because the “STRETCHWEB outsole adapts and flexes to the way your foot hits the ground, delivering a secure grip in wet or dry conditions.”  They look good, AND they feel good!  Almost makes me want to go for a run.  *Almost* ;).

~Baboa Sunglasses Vapour Grey Shiny ($110.99): Sunglasses aren’t listed on the information card, so I am guessing variations of these are possible as well.  These wouldn’t be a pair I would pick out on my own, but they are a nice change of pace from my current go-to sunglasses.  I found them very comfortable and love the mirrored lenses.

~On Me: I doubt this is all supposed to be worn together, but for the sake of this picture I did!  Ignore my unmade bed too – I was washing my duvet today.  Anyway, I wore this entire outfit (well, not the shoes) to ride my Peloton and was very happy with it all.  It was comfortable, and the moisture wicking fabric was just what I needed to get through a sweaty cycle class. As I mentioned, I wouldn’t wear the tank without a hoodie in public, but it’s perfect at home!

All totalled the Fall 2017 Avenue A by Adidas had a value of $378.99. I am thrilled with this box.  It had five pieces including shoes for $150. That’s $30 per piece, which is super reasonable.  If these pants weren’t $75 a pair, I would probably pick more up!

What do you think of the Fall 2017 Avenue A by Adidas box? It is now sold out, but the Winter 2017 box is on sale now!
