The September 2017 “Time to Redefine” Birchbox Man Box included the following items:

~Anthony No Sweat Body Defense (15mL) ($3.33): No Sweat Body Defense is to be used on important parts to keep from chafing.  I think everyone can agree that chafing is awful, so this is a big yes!!!

~Jack Black Clean Break™ Oil-Free Moisturizer (14mL) ($4.33): This is a light-weight everyday moisturizer.  It has a nice light smell and is already in my husband’s travel bag.

~Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Energizing Moisture Treatment for Men (0.5fl.oz) ($4.17): We love getting Kiehl’s in subscription boxes!  Their Facial Fuel is one of my husband’s favorite products.  It just works.  It’s refreshing, and my husband says it feels great going on.

~Brickell Men’s Products Renewing Face Scrub (~$2.75): I am not seeing a size listed on this one, so I am estimating it’s 0.5 fl.oz. which works out to just under $3.  This scrub is to be used 3-4 times a week to draw out imperfections and pulverize dead cells. It has a light minty smell, and so far B has been happy with it.

~CLEAN Reserve Terra Woods Eau de Parfum (.05fl.oz) (~$1):  I am not sure what happened, but half my sample is missing??  It didn’t seem to leak on anything in my box, so who knows what happened to it?  I do know that it smells amazing!  It has fresh, floral top notes of jasmine sambac and geranium, middle notes of creamy coconut and base notes of textured woods, musk along with warm vanilla and tonka bean.

~Parcel Supply Focus Cube ($15): My husband wasn’t excited by this (we didn’t pick a sample this month, so it’s pretty much our fault), but our 5-year-old was!  He was thrilled!  It has 6 “fidget features” including Switch, flow, swivel, compress, soothe, and twist.

All totaled the September 2017 “Time to Redefine” Birchbox Man had a value of $30.58.  Not an awful value, but not a great one either.  It was just a “meh” month for us.

Did you get a Birchbox Man box this month?  What did you get and what did you think?
