Play! by Sephora Review - March 2018
The March 2018 Play! by Sephora theme is “Festival of Beauty” and included the following items:

~Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water (25mL) ($1.75): For whatever reason, I don’t love cleansing water. Well, not this one anyway.  It felt like it took way too much effort to wash it off my face.

~Lancome Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Mascara ($16.87): I wish there was a way to opt out of products you didn’t use in this subscription.  I have lash extensions and don’t wear mascara, so my friends / cousins are the lucky recipients whenever I receive a sample.

~COOLA Makeup Setting Spray (10mL) ($7.20): This weightless, matte-finish mist protects the sensitive skin of your face while keeping your makeup looking fresh all day.  It has built-in SPF30 which is a huge bonus if your moisturizer doesn’t have SPF in it or if you forgot to apply sunscreen before doing your makeup.

~Sephora Matte Perfection Powder Foundation (26 neutral sand) (3g) ($8): I have been using this as more of a pressed powder over BB cream.  It looks natural and keeps the shine at bay.

~Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Spray (22mL) ($2.97): I am all about the volumizing spray lately these days.  This smells SO GOOD and it worked well on my straight, flat hair.

~My Burberry Blush (~$1): My Burberry Blush is a fruity floral with notes of Pomegranate, Rose, and Jasmine.  It’s more floral to me than fruity, but I love it.  It’s not overpowering and has great staying power.

All totaled my March 2018 Play! by Sephora had a value of $37.79.  The majority of that value comes from the mascara which I won’t use, so it was a miss for me.  Still worth the $10 and not something I would cancel over by any means, but not really a good fit for me.

What did you think of the March 2018 Play! by Sephora? One thing to keep in mind is that Play! sends out a variety of boxes each month, so you may end up receiving a different box than your best friend who is also a subscriber. If you are interested in subscribing (and you probably should be because their boxes are great), you can check them out here.
