What boxes did Pley offer?
Pley Box ripped us off. We bought a 6 box subscription for my 5 year old as a Christmas gift this year. I ordered them in early November. By late November, they closed and said they would send all the boxes we ordered. We got 4 out of the 6. I emailed right away and was told to wait until December 15th to email for missing boxes. I emailed December 15th and after not receiving a response, I sent a message on Facebook and over email saying I was filing a fraud charge. I received a bot response saying their customer service closed in November. They had no intention on fulfilling the orders and told people to wait to file a complaint until after they were closed. They basically ripped us off and stole our money?and my five year old?s Christmas gift.
