I wasn’t totally sure what was all in here, which made it even more fun to open.
The October 2018 Nomadik included the following items:
~Lux-Pro LP500 Tactical LED Flashlight ($11.97): Depending on the output mode you use, this flashlight offers 8 hours of use (HIGH (250 Lumens, 4 Hours), LOW (100 Lumens, 8 Hours), and STROBE with a Tactical Style Tail Cap Switch for Positive Activation). It comes with 3 AAA batteries and I can confirm that it is bright. Even B was impressed!
~Brunton ECHO T x 18 Pocket Scope ($15.35): This scope fits in your coat pocket and magnifies your view seven times, which means that objects 700 yards away appear to be 100 yards away. Birding, hunting, spying on the neighbors, getting a better view at the baseball game, you name it, this thing will do it.
~Survival Frog Fire Paracord Shoelace Fire Starters ($8.97): These laces can be used as a fire starter and for about 100 other things too. They have a 550lb limit, so you could use as fishing line, to secure a tent or even to tie up a bad guy. The pack includes steel striking bars/shoelace anchors, which can be used to start the fire or to cut smaller items. I had no idea such an item even existed!
~Nomadik Pop Socket: And finally the box included a Nomadik pop socket. I use a pop socket on my phone and couldn’t imagine life without it. Okay, I mean I could, but it’s better like this.
