I am not sure if Target does this every month, but while there today I noticed they were handing out beauty sample packets with coupons in them. The packets each had a coupon in them that expired 3/31 and 4/30, respectively, so I am assuming a new sample packet comes out each month? They vaguely reminded me of the free beauty bags Target would send out 7 or 8 years ago (*). This was the first time I have come across samples like this in-store though – usually, I just see them passing out single foil packets, so I thought I would share and see if anyone else has scored one! Here is what is in the (what I am assuming) March 2019 Target Free Sample Pack:
