A: Dispatch Day is Tuesday October 15th! If you pre-order a calendar, you can expect it to be dispatched from the Tuesday October 15th, and delivered within 3-5 working days. You will be notified once your Advent Calendar has been dispatched via email.
Q: Can I Use My GLOSSYCredit on the Advent Calendar?
A: Yes! When you go to checkout, you will have the option to spend your GLOSSYCredit. Not sure how much GLOSSYCredit you have? Log into your account and scroll down to “Account Credit”.
Q: If I pre-order an Advent Calendar, when will I be charged?
A: If you pre-order an Advent Calendar you will be asked to enter your payment details to complete the order, however you will not be charged until the calendar is dispatched on October 15th.
