ipsy Review - January 2020
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $12 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $12.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - January 2020
This month’s ipsy information card listed all of the products included in my bag. I love that ipsy is now doing this! My January 2020 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~OFRA COSMETICS OFRA x NikkieTutorials Glow Goals Highlighter ($35): Gorgeous!  This champagne neutral goes on smoothly and blends evenly. I just needed a  little bit on my cheekbones to get a beautiful shimmer.

~DEFY & INSPIRE Nail Polish in Pinky Swear ($6.99):  I get dip on my fingernails, but will absolutely use this on my toenails. Pinky Swear is a pale, barely there pink and will look amazing with a spray tan.  The polish is 9-Free, so it has No DBP, No Toluene, No Formaldehyde Resin, No Camphor, No Propyl-paraben, No Butyl- paraben, No Phthalates, No Formaldehyde-donors, No Nonylphenol ethoxylate.  If you are wanting to try this out for yourself, it looks like this brand is exclusive to Target (and ipsy)!

~JULES SMITH BEAUTY Power Gloss in Moonbeam Dream (2.4mL) ($6.17): Send me all the glosses!  Moonbeam is iridescent with lavender undertones. It doesn’t look frosted though, which can be the case with some lavender tones. It is ultra-glossy and super hydrating.
ipsy Review - January 2020

~THEORIE Charcoal Bamboo Detoxifying Body Scrub (45mL) ($5.13): A gentle, but effective scrub.  It is described as having a floral scent, but I picked up more of the almond oil.  It left my skin smooth and soft.
ipsy Review - January 2020

~PURLISSE Blue Lotus 4~in~1 Cleansing Milk (15mL) ($2.50): I wasn’t blown away by this, but it leave my skin feeling cleaning.  It also didn’t make me breakout! However, I couldn’t visibly see a difference in my skin after using this.

~The Bag: I have never loved an Ipsy bag more than I love this one.  It is SO beautiful.  I love the gray and white marble, the pink trim, the smooth material of the bag, every single thing about this is perfect.
