ipsy Review - February 2020
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $12 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $12.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - February 2020
This month’s ipsy information card listed all of the products included in my bag. I love that ipsy is now doing this! My February 2020 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~Murad Renewing Eye Cream (4mL) ($22.96): I was NOT expecting this to be a $23 sample. Wow.  It helps with dark circles and puffiness and also minimizes lines & wrinkles.  I have been using an assortment of eye cream samples lately and this is one of my favorites.  It feels refreshing and absorbs quickly.  It helped with puffiness right away and I am seeing the dark circles lighten.

~PUR Love Your Selfie Foundation in MG3 Buff (7mL) ($7): I was shocked that this foundation is actually a great fit color wise for my skin. It is designed to conceal, correct and improve the skin’s appearance with flawless-looking coverage.  I don’t use foundation often, but is is nice to have a perfect match on hand when I do need it.

~Moda Pro Accentuate Brush ($7.99): This brush can be used for anywhere you want a little glow.  I loved it for highlighter on my cheekbones.  It didn’t have a lot of fall out and is super soft.

~The Saem Perfumed Hand Essence in Magnolia (30mL) ($3.99): The smell is a little strong for me, but it did make me think of Spring, which I appreciated.  The lotion is on the thinner side, so if you are looking for a heavy, thick winter hand cream, this isn’t it.

~YC Collection Bronzer Powder in Caramelo (2.8g) (~$5): I am not sure if this is full-size or not, so I went conservative and valued it at 1/2 of the full-size price.  Regardless this is so dark for my skin-tone.  It may work better in the summer or immediately after I get a spray tan, but then I guess I wouldn’t really need a bronzer?

~The Bag: Ohh, this is such a pretty bag and so perfect for February / Valentines Day.

ipsy Review - February 2020

All totaled my February 2020 ipsy had a value of about $47.  An outstanding value and worth my $12, but the only item I was super excited about was the eye cream.
