~Good morning! I know it’s Friday, but I never got around to posting this yesterday, so here we are. Not much has changed around here since last week. We are still trying to do our part by staying home and going out only when it is necessary. Michigan is now under a Stay Home, Stay Safe order until 4/13, so the only things that are open here now are grocery stores, restaurant carry-out, drug stores, party stores, etc. We have had a few pretty nice days this week, so we have been able to get outside which is so nice!

~Can we talk about Tiger King?  What a ride!  Joe Exotic is the gift we all need right now to take our minds off everything –  if only for a few minutes. If you have watched, tell me what you think.  Where is Carole’s husband (I think we all really know the answer to this)?  How many wives does Doc Antle really have?  Why I do love this show so much? So many questions!  Now that we have finished Tiger King, it is time for Ozark!  Season 3 got released today, so that should keep us busy through at least the weekend.  The pizza was from a local restaurant and yes, it was as good as it looks. The wine was carry out too.  Who even knew you could do these things???

~I ordered more Impress Nails and swapped out my last set for these.  I LOVE these!  Depending on how long all this lasts, I may order an at-home dip kit, but for now, these will do.  They do seem to lift and I can feel movement (I don’t know a better term), but they have held on through laundry, dishes, etc.

~We have also been getting crafty around here! I ordered some kits from our local AR Workshop for the boys and I , so we have been keeping busy with those.  I have to say, I am so impressed by how local business are handling this!  They are getting so creative and it is so appreciated.  My local spin studio is renting out their spin bikes while they are closed, AR Workshop has so many at-home kits (they just launched a chunky blanket one), I have seen hairstylists offer root kits, my barre studio is live streaming classes, and my local juice place (Beyond Juice) is offering all kinds of cool kits and boxes (Charcuterie Kits, a Make your own Apple Sauce box for kids, a Make Your Own Smoothie Box, they have a produce box now and so much more).  I am just so impressed by their ingenuity and we are trying to support them as best we can!  Have you seen anything cool in your area?  I would love to hear about it!

That’s it from here!  Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!!

Spread the love
