Stately Men Review - July 2020I filled out my husbands profile for him based on this style preferences and we couldn’t wait to see what they selected for him.

Stately Men Review - July 2020Our Stately package included the following items:

~SELECTED HOMME  The ‘Perfect’ Tee (~$23): I am not 100% sure how to describe this shirt.  It is 100% cotton, but does not feel like a normal tee.  It feels (and looks) more like a performance tee.  Almost a sweat-wicking type shirt.  Regardless, B loves it.  It is form fighting, but not super tight and B said it was very comfortable.

Stately Men Review - July 2020

~Premium Xpression Jake Swim Trunks ($45): Ohh, I love these!  And so does B! They have a 6.5 Inch inseam and are 51% Cotton 49% Polyester.  The trunks have a pigment print and a heavy enzyme wash. And the have POCKETS! They have faded slightly, but in reality that is probably more of a reflection on my washing skills and perhaps the chemical levels in our pool.

Stately Men Review - July 2020
~Stitch Note Short Sleeved Button Down: I cannot find this shirt online (it looks like the Stitch Note website is down) so I cannot locate a price.  I personally don’t love short-sleeved button downs, but by husband likes them and he is the one wearing them!  This shirt has a white background with tiny navy and brown tiny print.  It isn’t necessarily fitted, but not sloppy either.  It could be worn tucked in or untucked depending on your preference.

Stately Men Review - July 2020

Stately Men Review - July 2020~Jachs Navy Stretch Twill Chino Shorts ($79): These are basically perfect. The Bleecker Fit shorts have a 9 inch inseam and are made from 97% cotton, 2% Spandex.  The fit was spot on and my husband said they were super comfortable.

Stately Men Review - July 2020

Stately Men Review - July 2020On B!

Stately Men Review - July 2020~Blue Logo Hat: My husband is not much of a hat guy (he really only wears them when working on his car), so this was a miss.  In all fairness, we didn’t mention in his profile that he never wears hats, so how was Stately supposed to know?  The hat itself was a comfortable fit in a neutral color, but it just is not something that fits his personal style.

Stately Men Review - July 2020

Stately Men Review - July 2020~Richer Poorer No-Show Socks ($8): No-show socks are a perfect item for a summer clothing box.  You don’t always want to NOT wear socks, but you do want something lightweight and won’t look silly with your footwear choice.  These are ideal.  Lightweight and breathable and a great neutral color in case someone does get a peek at them.

Stately Men Review - July 2020

~Ben Sherman Brayson Two-Tone Oxford Sneaker – Navy ($48.75): The Brayson is an oxford-inspired two-tone sneaker.  At first we both kind of thought these were a miss, but the more I look at them, the more I like them.  And so does B.  He said they were comfortable and true to size.

We loved our Stately package and felt like the selections were a great match for B.  And 7 items for $149 is a great deal!

worst service I have ever had…..going back to stich fix
    Two screwed up orders…UGH

    1. I'm irritated

Messed up the size twice. Gave me patterns which I specifically said I didn’t want. When attempting to cancel they give you the run around and refuse to acknowledge you want to end their service.

This company is a rip off. Do not waste your time joining this site. The clothes are sub par and the customer service is terribly. You will be highly disappointed in the clothes you receive and I will probably report them the Better Business Bureau for their, claims of the value of the clothes and the way the handle their business with customers.

Terrible service. I”m not pleased at all with their selection; they advertise themselves as a “high end” service, but in reality, the clothes they send you are cheap things you’d find at Macy’s or Target. On top of that, they didn’t even seem to take into account any of my styles apart from my sizes.

This is the worst Company. I revived the box with purple pants, purple shirt, lumberjack shirt ” mind you I live in south Florida the average temperate is 80″ Some terrible quality shoes that smell like plastic. Well I sent a email for a exchange and they told me they only exchange for size. So now I am stuck looking like a the grape girl from Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory that smells like plastic. Stay away from this company

I am starting at a new job with the County and in need of Business Casual clothing. I’m not great at matching so I decided to look into this company. I paid for the $300 box kit. It is stated on their website it would take 5-10 business days. I ordered on the 20th of April. Today is Tuesday May 4th. Way over the 10 day shipping they promised. I have reached out to them by email and they were able to email me back the same day. They apologized and created a tracking number and promised my order was going out today April 30th. I’m checking on Monday May 3rd and still nothing. May 4th still nothing. I reached out to them again and there’s no response. I even called them! Their number is not shown but luckily it’s on my bank account for the transaction and it shows their number. I called and no one answered. Couldn’t leave a voicemail because the number is not accepting any messages. Just because a label was printed and a tracking number was produced DOES NOT mean the item was delivered to UPS. They created the shipping label on April 30th and with the tracking number, it shows it has not been dropped off at UPS. Again, today is May 4th. I have canceled their services and sent them an email that they are on Noticed to stop all transaction(s) and reimburse me for the $320.68 payment. This company sucks on just customer service alone. BE AWARE people, DO NOT sign up to this company! Read the reviews! I wish I have found these reviews before ordering. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wish I saw this before I signed up. Every box I got was messed up. The customer service is horrible. They still owe me cloths. I am livid.

Stately subscription sucks. Don’t waste your time or your money. I have received the same belt three times with them. This last box I received was nothing but no name/off brand clothing. A quick google search revealed that the items that were shipped were readily available at half the state price. I signed up for the Luxe package, supposedly a $300 value. I ended up with about $100 worth of crap clothing. When I first signed up, I have to admit, the first few orders were worth the subscripton. But over the last 4 months, it has been all crap. There is no value whatsoever in using this service.

I’m tired of keep getting the wrong sizes and items. You guys don’t look at the style profile at all.

My shirt size: Large Received: Medium slim fit

My preference: No plaid Received: Plaid

My preference: No Yellow, purple Received: Yellow T, Purple shirt

    Shoe size: 9.5 Received: 10

My preference: No neckwear Received: purple tie

    My style: Mature Business professional

Received: Items that I gave (all of them) to my grand kids

their service is great but they need to hire a stylists who actually pay attention. I signed up for this program to save time, it ended up being a waist of my time.

  9. SEAN

Terrible service, SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE. They sent wrong size, then when you ask to get new size they sent you shipping label. I sent back in with their shipping label and they said never received.

  10. Jeff Schnell

None of the items in my 1st box matched my style preferences and the tons of notes I sent in. Clothes fit horribly, had the $100 worth of “extra items” in a promo… nothing was extra. They sent accessories when I explicitly stated no accessories, and have multiple emails confirming I would not have them and items of equal or better value would be sent as additional clothes. StitchFix is much better, I just thought based on their pics and social media that I would be upgrading my subscription….. it was horrible!!!!

Total waste of money… Stately Man will promptly charge your credit card each month, but then you can expect no box by the end of the month except a frantic email apologizing vehemently about the delay. Well. When you are based in LA and buy everything from China – yea, you’re going to have supply chain issues. How about be ethical and have some integrity – charge people when their boxes ship.
I liked about half the clothes, the other half found their way to Goodwill, sooner rather than later. Try shipping it back and getting a refund – good luck with that.
Don’t waste your time or money.

  12. Lance

It quiet literally looks like someone is walking into JCPenny and just copying the outfits on the mannequins. The quality of clothing is eeh but the outfits are outright wretched and nothing at all like they show on the site. Stay away.

  13. Mike Mayer

If it’s too good to be true….it is. Clothes were new, and of decent quality, just not stuff i would ever buy or wear myself. My assessment….it is the clothes you would find on the clearance rack at Saks off-fifth, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, JC Penny or an outlet mall. Colors and styles that didn’t sell. You cant return only exchange….and you have to pay to send the items back. Someone at Goodwill will be very happy. Not the best $300 I ever spent. I would not purchase again.

I wish I would have read this before they scammed me. Terrible clothes, non-existent customer service. Only companies that are fraudulent don’t offer refunds. Stately Men’s Fashion review – terrible products, non-existent customer service and no refunds! Stately reviews are all bad and I can’t believe that I fell for this.
