ipsy Review - September 2020
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $12 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $12.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - September 2020
It’s back! The ipsy information card listed all of my products included in my bag this month. It has been a generic card the last few months, so I am guessing the temporary change was Covid related. My September 2020 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~IBY Beauty Radiant Glow Highlighter in Prosecco (3g) (~$4): I am not typically excited by blushes and highlighters (not that I don’t like them, we just get them frequently), but this one is above and beyond.  The shimmer is gorgeous and the color is buildable, so you can use as little, or as much, as you’d like.

~IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ in Medium (4mL) ($5.13): This was my Ipsy selection this month.  It is an amazing all over light foundation and you cannot beat the built in SPF.
ipsy Review - September 2020

~Tarte Cosmetics Big Ego Mascara in Black (2mL) ($6.57): I don’t wear mascara, but the applicator on here looks incredible.  No clumping on it at all.  It’s wide and looks like it gives great coverage.
ipsy Review - September 2020

~Georgette Klinger Volcanic Mineral Scrub (15mL) ($3.60): Not rough or irritating, but you can for sure feel the “scrubbies” in here. I love it.  I have been breaking out a ton lately from masks and this has been helping to clean my pores and get all the gunk out.
ipsy Review - September 2020

~Veriphy Skincare 20/20 Phytoglycogen + Peptides Eye Cream ($20.17): This eye cream, uses the power of PhytoSpherix® and Peptides to firm and hydrate the eye area.  It felt soothing and helped right away with puffiness.

~The Bag: This bag is throwing some serious 70’s vibes and I am here for it!  Maroon on one side, tan on the other this soft corduroy bag is like no other bag we have received from Ipsy.  At least not that I can recall anyway.

ipsy Review - September 2020

All totaled my September 2020 ipsy had a value of about $40.  The information card said that the value was $50+, so it looks like their math and my math are a little different.  Or they value the bag at $10?  Either way I was happy with my bad this month and loved the variety.
