Just received my box. I wasn’t expecting nor did I get to pick my items. I have a yearly subscription and last time got to pick my items. Looking at my choices I would not have picked most of the items I got. I looked back and never got an email saying it was ready for me to pick.
I also have a yearly subscription. I was given a choice for items 1 & 2, but no others. As of November 3, 2021, I have note received the fall box at all. Charged to my credit card by the company, but no product.
