BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 2 toys, 2 treats, and 1 chew (or other item) that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. We receive the Large dog box for Luna (our 70lb Newfypoo puppy). Our little dogs don’t care too much about toys (but they do love treats), so the larger toys are a perfect fit for us.
My June 2024 (Large Dog) “Nashville” themed BarkBox included the following items:
–Boot Scoot Boogie: This adorable cowboy boot has a squeaker and crazy crinkle inside. The tag says there is a hidden toy inside and when I tell you I searched this toy to find it. LOL. I came up empty handed and saw this online. It looks like there is a record that is supposed to come out of an opening in the boot. My boot has NO opening. I think I can feel the record inside, but I cannot get to it. I am going to reach out to BarkBox and I will let you know if I hear back! ETA: According to BarkBox, the toy inside is to be discovered after your dog rips the toy open (aka destroys it). My 16 year-old told me this was the case, but I absolutely did not believe him. He was right!
–Hot Lickin’ Chicken: I thought this was a burger at first, but a hot chicken sandwich makes so much more sense. This has crazy crinkle, a squeaker and the toy expands. I think the pickles are my favorite part!
–Bark Baa Baa Jerky Bars: Baa Baa Jerky Bars are made with lots of lamb. They are soft so they are easy to tear and share. Obviously the dogs love them.
–Bark Wakey Wakey Loops Crunchy Loops: These treats are made with real cheese and USA bacon. They are crunchy and like every other treat BarkBox has ever sent, my dogs love them.
–Bark Fruit N’ Beggies Superfood Meal Topper: We love getting meal toppers! I think I forgot sometimes that my dogs eat the same food every.single.day. No wonder they are so excited they get treats. Food toppers are great because you mix them with their regular food and the pups just gobble it right up.
As always, we loved our June 2024 BarkBox! I think BarkBox is the best dog box out there. I cannot recommend it enough!
