Dottiebox is a monthly subscription box full of high quality handmade items for women, from both small businesses and indie brands. They offer their standard Dottiebox which is $26/month and a Dottiebox Mini subscription, which is $13/month. I did a review on the December (full-sized) Dottiebox (you can find that here) and now it’s time for the Dottiebox Mini review.
Dottiebox Mini ships via USPS First Class Mail and takes just a few days to arrive to me. The full-size Dottiebox generally ships in the first half of the month with the Dottiebox Mini shipping in the later half of the month.
Dottiebox lists the brands that they will be including in that month’s box on their website, but you never know exactly what you will receive until you open it up.
The December 2015 Dottiebox Mini included the following items:
~Uncommon Scents Candle (Under The Mistletoe) ($9): I received “Santa’s Breathe” (a peppermint scent) in my full-size box and was super excited to see a different scent in this one. Under the Mistletoe is described as a “Fresh Holly Berry and Pine”. I’d call it Christmas tree ;). I am making goodie boxes for each of my cousins for Christmas and will be including this in one of them!
~Wild Cherry Spoon Cheese Spreader ($8): I immediately looked at this and knew it would be perfect for cream cheese. My boys like the whipped (i.e. easy to spread) cream cheese and this will be ideal for it. I don’t think I have ever received a wooden cheese spreader in a subscription box before!
All totaled I came up with a value of $17 for the December 2015 Dottiebox Mini! I liked this box and just love seeing their selections for the month.

Wait, what? You got the infinity scarf, a card and a confetti popper in your mini box? Maybe they switch it up if you get both the mini and fill-size? That’s a great mini box you got!
I would never pay $26 for this!
