Wantable Fitness Edit February 2016 Subscription Box Review
Wantable Fitness Edit is a monthly subscription box with fitness apparel. Each month your fitness editor will hand select 5 fitness pieces which you can try on at home before you buy. Item prices are based on your personal preferences but usually range from $20-$60 each. There is a $20 styling fee and you can keep the pieces you like (the $20 styling fee will be deducted from the cost of the items you keep) and return the ones you don’t.You are only charged for the items you keep and if you end up keeping everything you get a 20% discount on all the items (it was previously a 30% discount if you kept everything and a 20% discount if you kept 3-4 items)!

Wantable Fitness Edit February 2016 Subscription Box Review
I actually thought I canceled my Wantable Fitness Edit last month, but it appears I never quite did that.
Wantable Fitness Edit February 2016 Subscription Box Review
Just like with other Wantable boxes, Wantable Fitness allows you to customize what items you would like to receive.  My only Dislike (meaning I will never get it) is Undergarments. Wantable has also launched the “My Stream” which includes product and customer photos of items from Wantable boxes. You can scroll through the images, and if you see something you love, you can request it in your next box. Since I thought I canceled this, I didn’t use the stream.

My February 2016 Wantable Fitness Edit included the following items:

~Rese Sarah Deep Back Lifestyle Tank Turquoise ($54): This is a huge no. The material is nice (it’s a Rayon/Spandex blend), but it’s basically backless.  The deep V is designed to “show off your well toned muscles”, but if you are wearing this to work out, you’d clearly need to wear something under it which would defeat the point of showing off your back muscles.  It’s also pretty box which is not a good look on me in general. Verdict: Returned.

~Rese Natalie Capri Multicolor Monet ($78): I think the pattern on these is super cool and the material (a Supplex/Lycra blend) is soft and buttery. However, I don’t know if I $78 love them?  I am torn on keeping them so I don’t lose my Styling Fee or returning them and just calling it a day. Verdict: Undecided.

~Shape Active Sunset Double Bra Tank ($58): On someone else this would be super cute.  On me? Not so much. I wish there was a way to request non-see through clothing from Wantable.  I do however, LOVE the back of this one!  Also, it has a build in bra with removable cups which is great. Had this not been see through mesh, I would have kept it. Verdict: Returned.

~Shape Active Motion Seam Capri Black Copper Sunset ($68): These are cute and the material is great (86% nylon, 14% spandex), but they didn’t wow me. They also sit right below the knees and I would prefer my capris to be a little longer.  I do, however, love that zipper pocket and the colorful detail on the leg / side of the pants (the picture below shows the back).

~Rese Stella Long Sleeve Black ($70): This is plain, but cute.  Really cute. I like the thumbholes and the keyhole in the back.  I only wish it was a bit longer. Also, I don’t know what those white specs on the shirt in the picture are, but they do not show up in real life when you look at the shirt? Verdict: Returned.

Wantable Fitness Edit February 2016 Subscription Box ReviewThis box wasn’t exactly my style, but I really can see the pieces working for someone else.  I did pause this box and may try their Style Edit instead.

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (fitness, fashion, makeup or intimates) this month?

Spread the love

You’re supposed to wear those backless shirts WITH a bra! But not a normal bra, like a bralette with no snaps that’s all lacy. My SIL dresses that way. I have a really hard time not staring LOL. And I’m sure everyone would love to see me struggle to fit everything into one of those tiny bralette things. I can’t wait until this fashion goes out of style.

LOL. The model on the website wasn’t wearing anything underneath!
