Try It Tuesday!

I know I haven’t posted all of the results of my last Try It Tuesday, but I am super excited to try out the Zoku Quick Pop Maker.  I saw this in the store a few weeks ago, but didn’t really pay much attention.  When a friend of mine mentioned she had just bought it and posted some pictures of the pops she made, I knew I had to get it.  I have made homemade popsicles in the past (with these), but I had trouble getting the pieces together after I made them a few times and eventually gave up.

Plus, these are supposed to be ready in 7-9 minutes. Amazing. I currently have the mold in the freezer (it takes 24 hours to freeze the mold before the first use) and we are planning on making them this week. Stay tuned!

Do you have a Zoku? What is your favorite recipe for homemade pops??

I’ve never even heard of Zoku so I’m curious how they work. I just bought the cheapo plastic Popsicle molds from the grocery store(I think) and I just use my Magic Bullet to blend up fruit and yogurt fir the molds. Ava loves them and thinks they’re a treat…just don’t tell her they’re healthy! Let us know what you make in your new toy!

It weirds me out to see popsicles with pieces of fruit in them. Then again, I never liked jello molds with fruit in them either.
