I think I have finally finished up most of my Halloween decorations (and mantle), so I thought I’d share my favorite ones with you. I spotted the wreath in the upper left hand picture at Target yesterday morning and it was perfect! I have been looking for a Halloween wreath for a while now and couldn’t find one I liked.
And we needed to get out of the house for a little bit on Saturday (it was chilly and windy out, but we were all getting a little stir crazy), so we make a quick trip to a local farmer’s market and picked up some pumpkins and some apples (so B could bake more pie). Then L and I decorated the white pumpkin with some decals I had. L picked where we put the rats and I applied them. So fun!

Everything looks great – I love the pumpkin. I’m going to steal your idea and put moss under a skull I put in a cloche – I couldn’t figure out what to put there.
Saw a witchs hat at Hobby Lobby that would have looked good on your mantle but your cat works just as well, also like the nest of skulls and the wreath and of course the rats on the pumpkin. All in all you do a great job. I bet you are already eyeing up christmas items.
