Try It Tuesday ~ The Results

Disclosure: If you make a purchase through the links posted below, I may receive a small compensation. Read the full disclosure.

As promised, here are the results from my latest Try It Tuesday. In case you missed the original post, you can read it here.

~Brazilian Peel: I really liked this stuff.  It’s super fun to use and I felt like it make my skin tighter (I guess the term would be firmer)if that makes sense?  My skin is brighter and happier and just better.  So I’d for sure give this a thumbs up.  It it wasn’t so expensive, I’d use it more often!

~Josie Maran Argan Oil: Ugh.  I want to love this stuff.  I really did.  I thought for SURE this stuff would be my new holy grail moisturizer.  Umm, NO.  I hated it on my skin.  It totally dried my face out.  My skin hated it so much that it it left little dry patches.  I don’t understand why this stuff sucked so much for me?  I might give it another go in a few months, but for now I am going to use it on my hair and nails only!

~WEN by Chaz Dean Healthy Care Kit: I really like this stuff.  Between my haircut (umm, the first one in about a year) and this stuff my hair is looking very good!  It’s not falling out anymore and it’s smooth and shiny and just nice.  I have heard that you can get the same results using a truckload of drug store conditioner though.  Is this true?  Can anyone tell me more?  Because, well, I’d rather pay $3/bottle for nice shiny hair know what I mean?

~Body Media CORE Armband: B uses this every day.  He says it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It tracks his sleeping patterns, activity level, calories burned, etc.  He did say that the results don’t make him do anything differently though?  He doesn’t actively attempt to get more sleep or anything like that.  He just tracks the data.  No clue what he’s going to do with it all?  I think he just likes the charts it gives him ;).

~Blogger: Thank you to Katie over at Katie’s Kitchen (who is beyond talented by the way), I learned that there are spam filters you can install on WordPress.  Since I installed one, OMG, all the spam messages are gone.  Amazing.  So now I don’t even need to think about switching to Blogger.  I am a happy girl!  I cannot thank Katie enough for clueing me in.

Disclosure: There are no affiliate links in this post (OMG I know), but if you buy one of the first three items from Sephora, make sure you use code “ITKIT” or “LITTLELUX” to get a free bag full of goodies!  And don’t forget to go through Ebates to earn 8% cash back (that my friends WAS an affiliate link).
