Okay, I mentioned how I am working on Paying it Forward due to my amazing Secret Santa gift this year (well last year). I have seen this Pay It Forward idea on Facebook, but I thought I’d do it on here instead. Here’s the deal:
I am going to pick five comments at random (I’ll use random.org) and those five people will receive from me, sometime within the calendar year, a special surprise that is tailored to each person. There will likely be no warning and it will happen whenever the mood strikes me. But since I likely don’t know what you will love, you gotta answer a few questions in your comments:

Great question! I love all of the subscription boxes you get but I just can’t see me buying one for myself. I’d love to try the birchbox one. I think that would be the perfect gift for the person that has everything.

2) I’ve just recently found a product by Ernest Supplies – it’s their matte moisturizer. Good stuff. I’m interested in trying Kiehls.
3) My favorite scents vary… I like cinnamon, lilac, rose… just no lavender, please (instant headache)

5) Amazon! It’s the biggest big box store on the planet. Otherwise, Pier1 is a store I could spend hours (and thousands) in.

What a great idea! I did my own little pay it forward when a friend was in need of a baby swing and I used my consignment credits at a local boutique to get her one, it felt wonderful!

2) What are your favorite beauty products? I love bare minerals, or any all-natural beauty products, juice skincare is also great, I love what the natural products do for my skin, but they are priccce-y, so I usually hit the sales at sephora and ulta for good deals at the end/beginning of the year.
3) What are your favorite scents (florals, foodie, etc.)? I love soft florals for perfumes, but will do a nice citrus or coconut in bath products, especially in the warmer months.

1) Do you have kids? If so, what are their ages? nope. I am an auntie to all of my cousins’s kids and godmother to one of my best friends daughters.
2) What are your favorite beauty products? Lately, I have been loving nail polish after discovering out the door top coat that speeds drying. Lip balms, especially fancy ones that are probably overpriced but are the fool proof option when buying things at Sephora for the non-makeup person who wants products. For my face, I’ve been using Josie Maran Argan Oil at night for the last month, which has done nothing bad to my face so I assume its good (I realized since I don’t wear make-up, it means I don’t stare at my face often, so I don’t know what it looked like before argan.) And Cetaphil stuff, because it’s dirt cheap at Costco and I’m not allergic to it.
3) What are your favorite scents (florals, foodie, etc.)? unscented. I’ve been buying mostly unscented or lightly scented soap, shampoo, dish soap, detergent etc because I realized my eyes water and nose gets stuffed up in the detergent aisle and the fragrance parts of department store., so I try to stick to not too many scents. I do really like the L’Occitane cherry blossom, peony and regular shea hand cream scents. I also like the smell of baked bread.
4) What are your hobbies? Cooking, celebrity news, bad reality shows (non-competition ones), easy crafts/DIY, slickdealing/Target Clearance hunting and lately, the gym (tried spinning for first time last week….butt still hurts. And by lately I mean the last 4 months, not a new years resolution thing.).
