Monday Morning Ramblings

Disclosure: If you make a purchase through the links posted below, I may receive a small compensation. Read the full disclosure.

~B’s got the day off work, so we’ve got ourselves a 3-day weekend over here ;). I’m not sure what we’ve got planned (L is also off school for the week for Winter Break), but we’ll figure out something. Maybe ice-skating?? I FINALLY signed L up for skating lessons over the weekend and he’s super excited. So maybe we’ll get a jump start on them and go downtown today and skate. Or swimming. Something fun is going down today that’s for sure ;).  And my Valentine’s decorations?  That’s also going down.

~Tupperware is offering some amazing sales this week so I thought I’d share with you.  They are good through the 22nd and I will refund your shipping if you want to place an order!  Just e-mail me (or leave me a comment) saying you ordered and I’ll refund you to Paypal.  It doesn’t get much better than this people.  You’ll find these items in the “On Sale” tab in the Shop.  If you’re like me, that’s the only place you go anyways ;).  Oh and if you spend $100, make sure to add these serving spoons to your cart because they are FREE!

Tupperware Deals

~Sadly there is no mail today ;(, so I don’t think I will get any boxes today.  I am expecting Golden Tote (they ship UPS), but that’s not coming until Tuesday.  I am also expecting Mantry this week, but GASP, I think that’s it. Oh, wait, and Barkbox. I will also be receiving Wittlebee, GLOSSYBOX, bluum and the Pink Fancy Box (use code “25OFF1” to save $25 off your first Fancy box of any kind) sometime this month as well. I can’t *think* of any more boxes I’m expecting, but at this point who knows? Oh wait, I just thought of one.  Mommébox.  I hope they stepped up their game this month!

~I posted about my Target 50% off Valentine Day clearance finds yesterday and I’ll do a post later today showing what I picked up at 70% off (nothing really that different).  I was so excited that I found 3 cookie sheets (I went to two Targets). I immediately came home and tossed my icky ones.     $3 for cookie sheets?  Yes please!  I also picked some up spatulas (*), the cutest little notebooks ever (thank you to Stacey over at Five Minute Style for the heads up) a cute “J” initial mug and my most favorite Target candle (in Sugar Blossom).

Fun Stuff

~And finally, the winner of the February PopSugar Must Have Box is Arrie L!  Congrats!  I will be e-mailing you soon!  If you didn’t win, don’t be sad.  And don’t unlike me on FB either.  I’ll have another giveaway up soon!  In fact, if I have my way (and since it’s my blog I usually do get my way), it’s going to be pretty fabulous(**).
a Rafflecopter giveaway

~What are you up to today?  Are you lucky enough to have the day off?  If not, that sucks and I am sorry.  When I was a working girl I never got these types of federal holidays off either.  I feel your pain.  I do. Take a long lunch today.  Then run to Target.  And maybe sneak out early?  Or at least try.

(*) If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have a severe spatula hoarding problem. Yet, I bought more.
(**) You know why I can do these giveaways?  Because of you guys.  You using my affiliate links, etc. allow me to give fun stuff away!  No one makes me do it and I don’t do it to attract more readers.  I do it to say THANK YOU to those who do read!

Bryan used to have ice skates and right now there is a lot of area to skate in here. Need to find skates for the kids. We also used to go roller skating when the kids were young . I want some cute spatulas like that. I never see any because the Target we have is lame.

I am at home with all 3 kiddos and we are having a playdate with friends 🙂

Just some tips….not sure if they told you when you signed L up for skating, but they will need some type of helmet. Our son uses a hockey helmet, but a lot of parents just use a bike helmet before spending $ on a hockey helmet not knowing if their kids will like it! Also snow pants (they will fall quite a bit at the start!) and our son has been in hockey skates since he was 2.5 but we found out later it is easier for them to learn to skate in figure skates. Again, I would use the skates they provide before dropping $50 on a pair of kids hockey skates until you know he likes it and that he wants to continue. Hope that helps! Can’t wait to hear about it!

I am waiting for my babysitter to get here. She’s two hours late. I have an editing job to finish… Since I have already been paid for it, I really have to turn it around. I can’t do editing work while the kids are hopping all over me. Too distracting.

I have two sets of the one-touch canisters & 2 sets of the fridge smart containers. I have a tupperware problem. Everyone should buy them. They are wonderful.

Dang it, you beat me to it…I was going to post a comment stating, “wait, more spatulas?” But I would have bought those too because they are soooo cute!!!!

Have a great day off with the boys!!!!

Spatula wreath – good idea 😉

My kids had Friday off and today, and they’ve been taking turns being sick in one form or another. My son has been dying to go to the Lego store at Somerset, so my mom is taking him there today while I stay home with sick girls.

    Enjoy your family day!

I have to say — Im slightly jealous of the awesome stuff your Target had on clearance!! Ours was out of just about everything, except candy. And we dont need any more of that around here! I did manage to find some Marvel Comic mini plush buddies for my little guy for only $1.49 each — which was GREAT!! And since they arent really holiday specific, he got one today and the others are going for Easter! Love a bargain!!

I would LOVE to know where Stacy (and you) found those notebooks in Target! I’m striking out on all these goodies!
