Today I’m smiling because:
~My Uncle had heart surgery this week and it went as good as good as the doctors could have hoped for! Oh, and I am also smiling because my Grandma (who is 95 but you’d never know it) was telling someone about how her 70 year-old son was having surgery, etc. and they were all like, no, that can’t be right, are you sure he’s 70? They didn’t believe she was old enough to have a son that old and thought she had his age wrong. How cute is that???
~I FINALLY got all the laundry washed, folded and put away. I don’t know about you, but this is a cause for celebration for me. I can’t stand when that laundry just stares at all all unfolded in the laundry room!
~We’re starting the Advocare 24-Day Challenge Monday (maybe tomorrow so I can be a day ahead of everyone and post actual meals, etc., but only if I get my act together today) and I am SO excited. Eeek!
~My remodeling of my “home” Target is going to be complete at the end of the month. I cannot wait to be able to grab fruit and veggies and meats there when I don’t feel like going to the grocery store! This is big!
~B is running (another) 5K today and the kids and I *might* go watch. We haven’t decided, bur regardless of our attendance, B will be one race closer to his goal of 30 races in his 30th year. Oh, and I hope his furry beard slows him down.
~My birthday is Monday! I don’t care about getting old. Birthdays make me smile! It’s MY day!!!!

I keep my laundry in the dryer until I remember to put it away. Of course, I wind up fluffing it 2-3 times before it finally gets folded! *L*

Good news about your uncle. I do all my shopping at the Super Target. I live an hour from a Target 🙁 So it’s nice that I can get all my shopping done in one place. Happy early birthday. I get jealous of people with summer birthdays. Mine is on Christmas, it’s like here is your Chirstmas and birthday present.

Happy early birthday! Mine is in 2 weeks. I am smiling because I am finally organizing my closet. I am ashamed of the amount of things that I am finding that I had forgotten I had bought. It’s like Christmas. I keep finding new things, lol.

We do most of our grocery shopping at our SuperTarget. It’s closer than our closest grocery store AND prices are better. Plus, it is so convenient to stop in there when you need Target type stuff and groceries. Boom! One less trip!
