Vegan Cuts Snack Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers 7-10 vegan goodies right to your door. Boxes are $19.95/month and include Our boxes usually contain 80% gluten-free products and contain no animal products of any nature including honey. They also do not include any products that contain palm oil. I’m not vegan, but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a good snack!
Vegas Cuts ships via USPS Priority Mail in one of their regional boxes. They are a Canadian company (I believe), however, they ship from New York.
I’ve never received a Vegan Cuts box before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was happy to see that the items were just placed in the regular box and not inside another box. While a box in a box is cute, I can only use so many boxes!
Vegan Cuts comes with an information card which gives you a brief description of the products in the box. Here’s what was inside:
~emmy’s organics Lemon Ginger Macaroons ($2.95): These are much better than I was expecting. The dough like texture had me a tad concerned, but I am happy to report that these are delicious. Very lemony, but in a good way (if you like lemons).
~squarebar Cocoa Crunch Bar ($2.87): I haven’t tried this yet (I’m saving it for a road trip treat this weekend), but it’s something I know I would have bought had I run into it at the store.
~Lesserevil Southern BBQ Chia Crisps ($2.98): I was surprised to find that these were also delicious. I could totally taste the black bean flavor and would for sure buy these again. For sure.
~Garden of Life Raw Protein Energy ($1): I have been wanting to try this for ages and was so excited to see it in the box! I think it’s been on backorder (at least for me for the last 2 months at Bulu).
~Boom Chicka Pop Sea Salt Popcorn ($1): I LOVE Boom Chicka Pop!! They sell it at Target and it’s only got 35 calories per cup! It’s yummy!!
~Dream Water ($3.75): I had no idea that Dream Water would be a vegan item. I knew it was “all natural”, but I didn’t know it was vegan friendly as well. Anyway, we always have Dream Water in the house and B just had one the other night because he had been having some trouble sleeping. Worked great!
~zevia Black Cherry Soda ($1): I’ve been drinking soda again (I know, I know, I suck, it’s going to end as soon as I get some Spark ordered) so I am game to try this. I have had other zevia flavors in the past, but never Black Cherry. I am certain it won’t be better than Diet Pepsi, but I will try.
~MRM Hydration Factor ($1): I’m going to put this in B’s sample box and let him try it. He more daring at trying things like this (it’s suppose to help keep you hydrated) than I am!
~viana Veggie Sausage To Go ($1.99): B is going to ask me to get him a beef stick this weekend when we are going up-north and I am going to hand him this to see if he can notice the difference. I cannot wait!
All totaled I came up with a value of $18.54 for the August Vegan Cuts Snack Box. Slightly under the $19.95/month cost of the box, but then again I estimated a few items and if you don’t have easy access to vegan goodies, this is awesome! Plus, this kind of stuff is expensive, so it’s way better to be able to try it and decide if you like it or not before you commit to buying a whole box / bag.

You can also get the Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop at Meijer, FYI! That’s where I get mine.
They also sell Boom Chicka Pop at Costco. I know mine almost always has the Kettle Corn.
Cheers,
