The School Kid! L is still loving school and is excited to go back every day. He’s got his little friends, knows the routine already and is doing awesome. He’s not into getting up early, but it’s becoming less and less of a struggle to get him up in the morning, which I appreciate. Sadly, I’m not adjusting to getting up early quite as well!

Garage Sale Finds. OMG. Can you believe someone wanted to sell this CAT bulldozer stress ball thing (*) at the church rummage sale (it was at the festival we went to this weekend)? I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw it packaged with a bunch of other little toys for – get this – $0.50!! In case you don’t know I “collect” stress toys. #hoarder

Fun Meals. I mentioned in today’s So What Wednesday how much I enjoy making L’s lunches. The possibilities with Bento boxes are endless. Is L impressed? No. But I do think he eats more / better when his food is presented like this. The bottom picture is L’s dinner from last night. A bunch of people on Instagram asked about the plate / tray. It’s called the Landscape Dinner Set, is $38 and you can get it here.

Clearance Shopping! While grocery shopping this week, WB and I stumbled upon the school supply / summer clearance section. Everything was 75% off and I couldn’t resist! The silly string guns are from CVS, but I found those yesterday for 75% off too. Considering that I paid $10 for them in the spring, this is amazing.

Diffusers. Speaking of clearance, I stumbled into this Salted Caramel & Buttercream Diffuser at Target for 70% off. I love the scent and I love diffusers, so it was a perfect combo. Diffusers are so nice for when you want your house to smell yummy, but don’t want to worry about forgetting to blow it out or whatever. It’s not totally the same, but it works.

My WB. Aww, WB! He’s been extra crazy this week (WB is a wild boy), but he’s so stinkin cute. My mom watched him yesterday so I could get some stuff done (THANK YOU) and I think they both had a great time. WB might wear you out, but you’ll be highly entertained by him.

Mackenzie and WB could possibly wear each other out! My mom watched her this weekend and was like, she just ran around in a circle for a bit. Then ran back and forth in the living room. I was like ‘yep, that’s my kid.’ She has to have quiet time, not for her, but for me! :o)
Did you get it all at CVS? Or did you get someone of it somewhere else?? (the little cars and the marvel toys)
I LOVE a good clearance find! The 70%+ ones are amazing. I have yet to get an amazing deal at CVS. I went there one day when the summer clearance was going strong and a lady beat me (and everyone else) to all the good stuff. She had quite a massive haul and I was behind her in line. I like checking out the seasonal section at Baker’s (partner grocery store of Kroger); I’ve found some neat things there (school supplies, Disney princess dolls, and more). Did you find the little people cars at Kroger?…hey had them on clearance at Baker’s.
What are those cute mini marvel guys? Are they from CVS? I have a friend that does ironman competitions and collects ironman stuff…that would be perfect!
Just wondering what store the princess wheelies are from? My 2 yr old DD would love those!
Your WB and my C are so much alike. I love to death and he is stinkin’ cute but WOW can he be a stinker. You can just see the mischief in his eyes and he is a handful. We thought N was a handful but we were so wrong. LOL

Hey if you ever want funky stress toys I always seem to get a thousand of them! My dad goes to law conferences at least once a year and comes back with loads of them. Right now I have a brain, construction cone, earth, and football sitting in a drawer!
