November MakrBox
November MakrBox

MakrBox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly box of incredibly useful and uniquely fun household products created by talented makers, craftsmen and designers.  It’s $29/month (+shipping) and includes two or three household products with WOW factor!

MakrBox
The Box

MakrBox ships via USPS and is one of the boxes that I never know what to expect from.  They always come up with the neatest stuff and I really enjoy reading about the makers behind the products.

November MakrBox
The Information Card

MakrBox sends individual information cards for each of the items in the box and also a general card about MakrBox.  I’ve said it before, but it’s still true.  MakrBox packs their boxes with the coolest packing materials ever.  Here is what the November box contained:

~studio manufact The Up Cup (unable to locate price): These aren’t for sale online yet, but they are made out of beer bottles which are up-cycled into cups.  I love the idea and thought seeing the pictures of the process was quite cool as well.

~Constellation & Co. Greeting Cards ($20):  These greeting cards are printed by hand on a 100 year-old printing press.  They are totally gorgeous and while I cannot wait to send them out.  I think my Grandma would LOVE getting this in the mail.

I couldn’t do a cost breakdown for the November MakrBox because the UpCup isn’t for sale online, but I am quite sure that the box would have been more than the $29/month (+ shipping) cost of the box.   I think this box would make a great gift for someone who has (or thinks they have) everything!
