SundaySentiments

As usual, I am stealing Jen’s Sunday Sentiments button and idea and making it mine tonight. I’ve “known” Jen for umm, 10 years (and yet we’ve never met), and she knows I do it, so it’s not exactly stealing. But then again, it’s not a link up either ;).

~This weekend somehow seemed less crazy then they have been lately. Maybe because we didn’t have any real plans? B did (he’s got National Guard stuff this weekend), but the kids and I didn’t. It was Target and cleaning house (aka throwing things away) and sleeping in for us!

~I posted on my Facebook earlier asking about getting elementary school yearbooks. If I want one for L I need to order by tomorrow and I was on the fence about it. It appears that in my area at least, it’s the thing to do! I do recall getting them (and loving them) as a kid, but some people say it’s not typical in their area. My mom was even like umm, you HAVE to get one and couldn’t even believe I asked. I ended up ordering one (of course), but I want to know if it’s common where you live?

~That Michigan – Michigan State game yesterday was AMAZING! OMG I loved every second of it. I am a Spartan (I graduated from there in 1999) and I have seen way too many games where we have been ahead by a zillion with no time left and still somehow we lost, but not this time! Loved it. Rose Bowl? Maybe.

~Even with that extra hour we gained with the time change, I still didn’t get a chance to do a newsletter this week.  According to the majority of parents on FaceTime, Fall Back sucks.  But I liked it this year since I really did get an extra hour of sleep (thank you kiddos).  I am going to blame the lack of a newsletter on my sinuses and going to Target though.  But the winner of last weeks’s newsletter exclusive giveaway for an October GLOSSYBOX is  Miranda La ****!  And the winner of the Fall FabFitFun giveaway is  Kara Seld**! I will be e-mailing both of you ladies soon!

~I am SUPER excited about a few Limited Edition boxes that being released tomorrow.  One of them being the GLOSSYBOX Net-A-Porter.com collaboration I mentioned earlier.  And I am seriously thinking we’ll be getting some November PopSugar spoilers this week!  Plus my Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box is coming and I cannot wait to see what’s in that one this month.

~Does anyone know when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is coming back on?  What about Tamra’s (from RHOC) wedding?  I know that it happened ages ago, but I can’t seem to find it on my Hulu / iTunes anywhere?

~I’ve got some SERIOUS errands to take care of this week, which includes returning a zillion bottles. If I would just quit drinking soda FOR GOOD like I say I am going to, this wouldn’t be an issue.  B’s even been drinking it again.  #sobad  #wesuck I also seriously need to get a bag sent in to thredUP and do something with all these kid’s clothes. They taking over my house.  Insanity!

How is your weekend going?  Any Sunday night plans?

Hmm I got the paper for Ns yearbook too. We can order pretty much until they come in but it is discounted if we order soon. I should look and see when that soon is. 😉

Tomorrow is our deadline. Now that everyone has told me I NEED it, I am glad I didn’t miss it!

RHOBH starts tomorrow (Monday) at 8 PM and then is followed by the season premiere of Vanderpump Rules! Tamra’s Wedding ended a while back- I think it ended up only being 3-4 episodes- I’m a BIG RH fan and thought her wedding special turned out to be pretty lame (so you’re not missing much).

Also- I agree it was a great game this weekend!! Good to see Sparty on top! (I Graduated in 06).

OMG tomorrow! Yay!!! I am so excited. Since I don’t have cable I miss all the commercials for that.

I love “meeting” fellow Spartans! Great game!

I still randomly look at my elementary and middle school year books…mostly to laugh.

I’m not sure where mine are, but I do recall enjoying them!

When I was in grade school, we got a yearbook every year. It was a small booklet, a little bigger than a paperback book, and pretty thin. There was a class picture for each grade, followed by individual pictures. I think that was it, no other pictures. I still have mine around somewhere, but have no idea where. So much fun though, so glad you ordered one!

    1. Jennifer

I think ours were like an 8×10 size? Soft cover though. Very thin? I’m not sure what this one will be like, but I am super curious!

I can’t imagine not ordering a yearbook! You’ll be glad you did 🙂 Connor is only in 3rd & still will randomly look at his old yearbooks. And yes, they do sign friends books- even in Kindergarten! It’s cute 🙂 …Hopefully L’s wasn’t too much!

    1. Jennifer

Nah. It was $9 just for the yearbook. I got the big package which like customizes it with his name and stuff though which was $20.

You’re supposed to have quite the basketball team this year, too! Maybe my Louisville Cardinals and I will see you in Dallas in March! 😉

    1. Jennifer

Ohh, I know! I am so excited about it! I would LOVE if that happened in March 😉

The glossybox link online is is showing the UK box, but the link on Facebook is working. Just an FYI if people are struggling.

    1. Jennifer

My link was all screwed up because I was set to the UK site by default. I wonder what on earth I was looking for on there. LOL!
