Brazen Cosmetics, who kindly sent me this complimentary package, has recently launched their Friends with Benefits Club, which is an exclusive monthly cosmetics club. They offer three membership options (Silver – $15/month, Gold – $20/month and Platinum – $25/month) which includes exclusive unreleased shades of their UltraLuxe eyeshadows, UltraGlaze lipgloss and/or Ultraplush Lipstick.

I received the Silver collection to review, which includes three (3g) exclusive shades of UltraLuxe eye shadow and one (3g) of their exclusive shades of UltraGlaze lipgloss or Ultraplush Lipstick for $15/month.

The Package

Brazen Friends With Benefits ships via USPS First Class mail. I think it only took a day or two to get to me.  They are in Michigan and so am I, so it was fast.

First Look

Since it comes in an envelope, it’s not a true first look, but I wanted to show how everything was packaged.  The raffle ticket is giveaways they do on Facebook.  Everyone who orders a FWB (Friend with Benefits) package will receive one.

The Information Card

The January 2014 Brazen Friends With Benefits collection was “Snowed In” which is totally fitting right about now around here.  It’s cold and it’s actually snowing right now!  Here is what was included in the Silver FWB collection this month:

~Brazen Organic Liquid Lipstick (Turn Up The Heat):  This color is gorgeous.  It’s a shimmery glittery pink and I am in love!

~Brazen Organic Mineral Eye Shadow (Snow Day, Frostbite and Blizzard):  The three shadows this month could not have been more perfectly curated to the “Snowed In” theme.  Their shadows are vegan (the liquid lipstick is not because it contains beeswax) and come sealed (you should be able to see the seals in my pictures) so there is no chance of it spilling or anything like that!

I didn’t do a cost breakdown for the Friends With Benefits Club, but the shadows alone are $6.38/pot or $20 total, so the value is totally there (it’s $15 shipped)!  If you are wanting to try a bunch of fun colors without committing to full sizes, check this one out for sure. I also love them because they are in Michigan ;).
