The Box

Bike Loot ships via USPS First Class Mail and always arrives mid-month.  As usual, I don’t hear of customer service issues, late shipments, etc. with Bike Loot, which is always a good thing.

First Look

The first look was a good one!  I didn’t recognize too many things, which to me is always good.

The Information Card

Still loving the Bike Loot information cards!  Bike Loot doesn’t have a theme, but I loved the quote on the front of the April card.  It said “Wow.  I really regret that workout.”  – Said No One Ever.  Ha!  So so true!  Here is what was included:

~Bonk Breaker Real Food Energy Bar: These are the official energy bars of US Cycling.  And they are good.  I checked their site and they are sold at a few store near me (Dick’s Sporting Goods being one) and I am hoping they have the Expresso Chip ones there because I so want to try those!

~Natureplaex Ultra Strength Muscle Rub: Ohh, this is awesome to have at the house.  Whenever we need something like this, we do not have it.  Bike Loot recommends that cyclists use this 30-45 minutes post-ride to soothe those tired legs!

~Upfront Foods Healthy Granola: I couldn’t figure out what was the front and what was the back of this package.  B had to explain to me that the front was the side with the nutritional information on it.  Because, you know, they want to be “upfront” about what’s in the mix.  Ahhh, it made so much more sense when he explained that ;).  I should have read the information card first.

~Eload Endurance Sports Drink: This will be a sample for B to try this summer.  He’s planning to start running again and will swears he’s going to eventually do a triathlon.  This winter about killed us both and we so need to get back on track.

~Peloton Lips Natural Lip Balm: This balm gives you natural protection from the wind and sun.  It’s awesome not only for cyclists, but for everyone who spends time outside. I am good about remembering sunscreen, but sometimes I forget that your lips can get burned as well.

    Hi Jennifer,

I’ve been interested in getting the Bike Loot for my dad for his birthday and today I went to go on their website to order it and it looks like the site has been hacked! Do you know any other way of getting in contact with the company or how I could order it? Thanks so much!

They actually closed a few months ago. I need to go back and update the reviews but I haven’t had time.
