~Happy Monday! Much to my surprise B doesn’t have to work today, so I am super happy about that. I am really hoping that he’ll want to hang up some pictures and things around the house for me, but just having him around is pretty good too.
~This is going to be such a slow subscription box week around here. No. For real. I have Wantable Intimates and Wantable Makeup coming and umm, that might be about it. Maybe Mission Cute too? I am hoping for FabFitFun to arrive, but since mine hasn’t even shipped yet I am not so sure about that. ~Has anyone ever ordered from Ugly Sofa? I need to replace a kids sized chair (it is beyond gross and is beyond spot cleaning at this point) we have in the living room and figure I should get two since they like to fight over the one. So anyway, I cannot find any chairs that have removable / washable covers and are cute and are not $100+. Except there. I hear (from the internet) their chairs are just like Pottery Barn Anywhere Chairs, but I would like someone I know to confirm this!
~I had some time this weekend so I updated the Coupon Codes tab. Everything in there should be totally 100% working right now. And if you know of any other amazing subscription box coupon codes, please let me know okay? I have had a few requests to update / tab the “Free / Close to Free Subscription Boxes” post I did last summer so that’s next on my To-Do list!
~Ugh. I don’t even know if I should admit this. But B already knows, so I guess it’s fine. I bought another Cocoa & Hearts Pineapple painting. I am on her mailing list and she said there would be some on sale on Thursday and I just happened to check back and this one was still available which is totally the one I would have gotten anyway. It was like fate. And now I feel like I need a third in lighter oranges to balance it out with my other one. I clearly should not be left alone for so long.
~Is anyone still watching The Bachelorette? I feel like I haven’t been following along too closely lately. I even peeked and who won and already forgot. LOL! It will be like finding out all over again when they get down to the Final 2!
~I saw this posted on Facebook yesterday and immediately had to google to find out more. So it’s an inflatable lawn tent. For what I don’t know. I guess you could camp in it if you liked everyone watching you sleep? But what I really want to know is, wouldn’t this thing get smoking hot? I just imagine it to be like a sauna in there.

Have to laugh about the pineapple as I picked up #36. They’re kindly waiting until after I return from my vacation to ship.

Yes, it’s my first. They sure do fly out the door when those notices go out. I was on the site within 15 minutes, and two were already marked “sold” with two others on hold. I had to wait for someone’s cart to expire to get that particular color.
I had to wait for someone’s cart to expire too! It’s so the luck of the draw if you get one or not. You kind of HAVE to buy one if it’s available.
No big plans this week. I have Julep coming on Wed., which is my bday, so that will be awesome. Since I know you are a Big Brother fan like me, What did you think of last nights episode?
You know what, I never even got to see it. We ended up sitting outside talking. I need to catch up tonight.

Woke up to an extra kidlet on my couch – the boyo’s best friend stayed over – methinks they went out and had a few spirits. They’re of age here and neither of them drove. My dogs are thrilled there is a new person to give wake up kisses too
Today I have to make the Mexican lasagna for the girlies, go with the boyo to get his new to him truck and a dr appointment for me then one for the girlie.
Deliveries this week: FFF may even be here tomorrow but I’m not going over until Wednesday. Nina Garcia the payment came out. I have Wantable sitting in my cart, they send you a coupon if you wait to order, works out to $32 for the box. I have a ton of trades to mail off too.
The rest of the week will be Colasanti’s with my girls tomorrow and the tree thing on Wednesday after dinner. Then we have a BBQ at our oldest boy’s to meet his future inlaws, I’m going with my girls to my SIL’s for a swim my last day of vacation. This 12 days is flying by.
Oh I’m hiding in my room because of the extra boyo on my living room sofa.
LOL! They probably did have a few too many! Good for them for not knowing not to drive!!!
This week the big plan is to relax and enjoy being with family. I’m expected Blush box today, FabFitFun Wednesday (date has already changed from Tuesday), and can be I hopeful and think I am getting a Nina Garcia box on Saturday? Maybe Nina Garcia will show up next week since I am on the East Coast.
I forgot to add that I’ve seen the bubble tents online before and wonder how do you breathe? How hot is it inside the bubble? My sons have done the bubble balls on water last summer. They were hot.

I forgot BirchBox!!! I received an email yesterday saying that I will receive the June box soon, July will go out a little later to allow me time to enjoy June’s samples, and August will ship at the normal time. I’m excited about that and hope to receive the Egyptian creme. When do they post what is in the box? I checked and nothing is listed yet in my account. I’m sure you already read it on MUT, but someone posted that the NG shipping confirmations will be emailed on Wed. I’m hoping to receive my box by Saturday.
I am not totally sure how it works with the first box, but you should be able to see what’s in your July box on the 10th.

I’ve recently found an artist on Etsy who does paintings/prints of pugs and race horses. Kitchy and totally bizarre, and I keep wanting more. So we all have our thing I guess!
I’m waiting on FabFitFun also. My tracking number says a week from today. Ugh. Long wait! I’m also waiting for my new credit card to arrive (mine was compromised again last week, second time this year!) so I have to update my info pretty much everywhere before anything ships again. How frustrating. Hope it arrives today!

The ugly chairs are EXACTLY the same at the PBK ones. They buy the overstock ones from PBK and sell them on their website. You can get them monogrammed and everything. Mine literally has a PBK tag on it, and it was way cheaper! Totally recommend. We got the blue madras plaid one and it completely hides all stains. Love!

I usually don’t watch The Bachelor/ette but the first ep of this season auto-played on Hulu and I got caught up in the “and then Eric died” storyline, so I watched. But the big blow-out with him was just stupid and then she was all into that guy who was freaking GROWLING at her while kissing her and it grossed me out. No more of that nonsense for me. Maybe I’ll watch the finale.

I’ve been meaning to email you about the pineapple art!! How did you get 2 already?! lolozzz.so not fair!! I can’t even get one. When I first saw it on your blog, it piqued my interest and I went to check it out but to my dismay they were all sold out. Then I decided to get on her mailing list. I get an email saying they’re gonna be for sale but of course when I went to check 2hrs later, they were all sold again. I didn’t even know when they went on sale. They are amazing so I guess I’ll have to wait til next month. But I do have a question tho, how much are they? I could be all excited for nothing if they are like super $$$. Ha! I am just crazy. I get her e-mails and then when she announces they are on sale I just periodically check her site that day. They do go fast. Like you probably have to get it within the first 30 minutes they go on sale. The pineapple paintings are $128. Framing is extra.
I’m curious, how are you watching Big Brother this season if you miss it when it’s on live? We just cut cable a couple months ago and I’ve already missed an episode of BB and it’s driving me crazy! I don’t see it on hulu or anything. Is there somewhere else I can catch it?

Hah I’m still watching the Bachelorette but totally multitasking (e.g, reading your blog) while I do it, so I’m not totally in it. It’s nice background, though! 🙂 My FFF shipped but isn’t scheduled to get here until Thursday. What I’m really dying about it Nina Garcia! Where is that thing?! They finally billed, but I’m still awaiting shipping.. I actually went back in my emails to see the time between billing and shipping for the last box, and it was six days. So by that same math… it should ship Wednesday. Ugh.
I am dying for that to ship!!!! Hurry up NG!!!!
