Things I Love Thursday: Being Organized!

Not only is being organized fun (no really, it is), but it also saves time. My kitchen junk drawer was a hot mess and drove me crazy every time I went in it. I had to dig through so much crap to find what I needed. I got annoyed every time I went in there. So the other day at Target, I happened to be browsing around looking for bins / crates for the new IKEA storage unit I bought for L’s toys and came across these cool clear drawer organizers. I rushed home and got to work.  I am super happy with the results.  I am not happy every time I open the drawer!

While at IKEA, I picked up some magazine files so that I could copy an idea I saw on Pinterest. Seriously, whoever thought to use a magazine file as a hair dryer holder was a genius. I’m actually thinking about picking some more up to use my in pantry.

So what have you been organizing lately? Do you have any great organizing ideas?

I <3 being organized!! My family likes to come over and look in my closetd and drawers to see if they are always clean and organized. Everytime they are! I secretly love being an organiztional freak just to make them mad. Haha! Great idea with the magazine racks…Pinterest is the best!

Hi Jennifer! I absolutely love what you have done with being organized! I totally understand the frustration when things get cluttered everywhere, especially during college. Being organized has worked absolute wonders for me during my first year! I actually have a website for organization and time management skills for college students myself, and I would love to add this to resource page that I’m working on. Amazing work you have done, so please have an awesome rest of your day! 🙂
