This week I am saying So What If….

~I hate it when companies don’t have a customer service phone number. Sometimes (most of the time) e-mail is just fine, but sometimes I need to talk to someone NOW.
~I kind of like Justin Bieber as a blond. #donthateme
~I think Jimmy Fallon is the coolest guy ever. Love him.
~The opening music on Homeland is enough to make me nervous for the entire show.
~I am really excited about helping at Santa Shop today!
~I am sometimes starting to miss not having cable.
~My mind is blown that there was actually a show about some guy who was going to get eaten alive by a snake. What? Maybe it’s best I don’t have cable. Who am I kidding, I would have watched.
~I like seeing pictures of kids crying on Santa’s laps. Even L and WB think their own pictures screaming on Santa’s lap are hysterical!
~I get a kick out of listening to WB bounce around in his crib when he is supposed to be going to bed. It’s like he has one last round of craziness to get out before he goes to bed.

I would kill for a quaterly box customer service phone number. I have sent countless emails, trying to return my Nina box. Then I saw a review of Hiathia on the go and half of my box was missing. Everyone else seems to have no problem. But I’m getting no where.

I had to Google the eating by a snake show. How strange. I don’t know what is worse – the guy willing to be filmed being attacked or the fans being disappointed he did not get eaten. It’s disappointing to read that he is a snake expert.

Oh my gosh how I would love to speak to someone at popsugar rather than wasting at least $40 at this point on a duplicate box. Ugh I am so so frustrated with them!! Their customer service is the absolute worst that I have experienced in a long time. If they are low on people I will totally work for them!

Don’t even get me started on PS. I never have a problem and if I do , it’s so minor I just ignore. But 2 boxes in a month that are completely wrong and no humans to speak with me me has me on the the edge of dropping both just to lower my blood pressure

I am feeling the same way. It’s a subscription! Perhaps they don’t care about/realize this, but I would imagine that in order for a subscription company to remain relevant they must rely on loyal customers. The ones they have been ignoring for weeks on end. Meanwhile, the issue that prompted people to email them is quickly becoming a downward spiral. Maybe I’m exaggerating, but actions speak louder than words and I feel like this is just screaming at me right now.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that if you still have not gotten a response it may help to sound desperate. My mom emailed them and got a response right away, which really irritated me. I wrote them a new email titled “please help!!” and got a response right away myself. No telling what happened to my 2 or 3 other emails. My problem hasn’t exactly been solved yet, but I actually feel like they are sort of trying which is a huge improvement. Good luck to you!

Oh yes! I have a piece of jewelry that has to be returned – the warrantly says just pop it in the mail registered – but I’d like to talk to someone about it first before sending it out. I’ve sent two emails with no response at all and they have no phone number.

I love the crying pics too! But I have yet to get one :(. I’m trying for it this year lol!

Hey, do you know if Lush ever emails out coupons? I want to get some stuff for stocking stuffers but just signed up for their email list.

I’m cancelling all my subscriptions but a few (just too much stuff). I got a response in two days on an email for the Nina Garcia box saying to go to x place and just click the unsubscribe button. But there was no button. So I emailed again and two days later I got a nice email saying that the reason I couldn’t find an unsubscribe button is that I had unsubscribed back in June. Really? I did get quarter 3 which arrived in July? So now I have to do some research and make sure I was never billed for this latest shipment. Which I don’t like so am glad it’s cancelled, but I never cancelled!

As for the subscriptions I’m keeping Popsugar, The Hatchery, and possibly Glossybox. Though I love some of my boxes I have bags of makeup/face stuff that I haven’t gotten around to yet. I figure I can always subscribe again in six months when I’m getting low. And though I love the jewelry in Bijoux I’m finding I need more specific pieces (a red and white necklace, a silver and dark green bracelet, etc). I can take the money I’d spend on that monthly box and go buy specific jewelry items. I even cancelled all but one of my scrapbooking subscriptions…just too much stuff and not using everything.

I’m going to miss those monthly boxes though. It was so fun getting stuff in the mail! But I will continue to read about them (and be totally jealous of course) on your blog 🙂

Jimmy Fallon is definitely my celebrity crush. I adore him!
