All of the items arrived neatly packaged and it looked to me like a spa day in a box!

The Information Card

The January 2015 With Love From Angela box included the following items:

~Herbaria French Lavender Soap ($5.95): This smells amazing and will be one of the bar soaps I end up using!  B uses soap soap more often than I do, but he never goes for the scents like this, so they are all mine.

~Mungo Murphy’s Sea-Bag ($5.65): This is very interesting.  You boil this bag in water first to “rehydrate the seaweed and release its natural oils” and then pour the mixture into the bathtub.  It’s supposed to treat skin imperfections, relax muscles, improve thyroid health and a whole host of other things.  I want to try this but I know B will get it to first!

~Caracalla Bath Balm Bath Bomb ($4.95): “Bath Balm” is actually the scent of this bath bomb. It contains menthol, eucalyptus and pine, so if you have a cold this is going to rock!

~Sponge: I usually just use a plain old Bath & Body Works loofah, but I will happily use this one!  I like the how it’s feels extra scrubby (I believe that’s a technical term) on your skin.

~With Love from Angela Lotion Bar: If you have never tried a lotion bar, you are missing out.  They are awesome.  I used to think they’d be messy, but they are not at all.  They are just awesome.

Prices weren’t available for all of the items in this box so I couldn’t do a cost breakdown, but I was impressed.  Everything felt very spa-like and well thought it.  It seemed like a relaxing treat!

This sub looks like a lot of fun!

Have you heard anything about this company lately? I ordered around beginning of February. I got the 3 month sub and I have yet to receive a box. I’ve emailed multiple times. They’ve gone silent. I have posted on their FB and it looks like several others are having the same problem. I’m so disappointed as I really liked the concept of this box. And it’s the first time I’ve been burned so far and I subscribe to a lot of boxes!

Also… The post I wrote on their FB is gone! As are the comments from the other people who have not received their boxes!

I have not! I wonder what happened to them? I e-mailed the contact had there and I will let you know if I hear back!

BEWARE. I purchased a six month subscription to this box at the end of February based on good reviews on multiple websites. I have yet to receive a box and have received no response to multiple emails regarding shipping status. Now, in hindsight, it looks very likely that this is a scam. The website is actually pretty bare bones, just enough to look real and their social media sites are not functional. It looks like they just sent out some really nice boxes to bloggers to get exposure, collect some cash on fake subscriptions and from what I can tell from comments on various sites, no actual customer has received anything. There was just the one set of boxes that went out to bloggers around the end of January/beginning of February. Bugger – I hate getting duped but am hoping this will prevent anyone else from having the same happen to them. I am going to post this same comment on the various websites where reviews were done that I am aware of to try and help spread awareness.

I e-mailed the contact I had there and I will let you know if I hear anything! I hope you can get a refund from your credit card company on this since they never shipped anything to you!!! You should still be within your 90 days!!!
