A few March 2015 ipsy sneak peeks!
ipsy just released a sneak peek video for their March 2015 “Floral Fantasy” themed Glam Bag. From the looks of it, we could be receiving some of the following in this month’s bag:

ipsy also did a revamp to their website! If you haven’t checked it out lately, make sure it do it. It looks really good. And of course, I will post as I hear of more March 2015 ipsy spoilers! What are you hoping to get in your bag this month?
I LOVE the bag :). I am hoping to get the Chella highlighter pencil and the crown concealer brush. I don’t want the Mary Kay product.

That’s okay! I guess reviews in general are going to be spoilers, haha. Over the past week and a half, I’ve learned about and become OBSESSED (but it’s all about the surprise for me!).

Last month was my first Ipsy experience, and I was disappointed. My best friend and I chose the same preferences, and our bags were identical, according to the sneak peek. BUT…when I got mine, I had two of those little eye mud things and no blush brush. I hope they do better this month, because I don’t want to cancel my subscription!

I think teal was a poor choice of colour; very few people will want to use it.
I could maybe get excited about the concealer, except that it’s website is SUPER annoying and lists it as “gluten free”. Are you kidding me? OBVIOUSLY it’s gluten free, who the hell uses wheat to make cosmetics?? And you’re not going to eat it. I hate when I can tell a company thinks we’re all as stupid and trend-driven as the bottom 5% of buyers.
I’m starting to get disenchanted with Ipsy fast, largely to do with the fact that their four spokesmodels all have the exact same unappealing LA look, with too much bronzer, aggressively bleached/heat damaged hair, overdone eyes and nude lips. It’s just not a fresh or creative look to me, and it makes me think that I’m not being sent products by fresh or creative minds.
Overall, can you tell I’m unenthused about this month? Basically, unless I end up with the shade of NYX lipstick that suits my profile, I’ll unsubscribe. But I did just start Birchbox, so hopefully that’s a bit better.
I was billed and paid for subscription. I chose a friends name, Maria Arceo, and that’s how I was billed from my debit card. How do you know to send this at my address? I can’t sign in or join. I’ve not received anything in my email. How do I know I’m going to receive anything?
