Elizabeth & Clarke, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a quarterly subscription box which brings designer-quality blouses and tees to your door each season. Shirts are a mix of blouses, tees and work appropriate tops in neutral colors – while, black, off-white and grey.
Elizabeth & Clarke ships via USPS at the beginning of each season. The Spring Collection ships by March 1st, the Summer Collection ships by June 1st, the Fall Collection ships by September 1st and the Winter Collection ships by December 1st.
Elizabeth & Clarke packages all of their shirts in a plastic resealable bag and folds them with a piece of cardboard so they always arrive looking perfect.
The Fall 2015 Elizabeth & Clarke box contained the following pieces:
~The Whitney: The E&C website calls The Whitney a sweater, but I would consider it more of a sweatshirt. It’s made from a lightweight 100% Ponte de Roma knit so it’s not at all bulky. It looks casual from the front, but the back has has a cool pleat (is that the right word) in it.
~The Hutton: We have received the Hutton in the past in Black (I think), but this one is in Navy. I don’t know that we’ve ever received a navy shirt from E&C? The t-shirt is very soft (it’s made from 65% modal, 35% cotton) and a little stretchy. I don’t love the boatneck neckline of this one on me, but that’s just me.
~The Isabella: How cool is this shirt? I love everything about it Even the neckline. It’s has a vegan leather collar and a cool drape thing happening on the back. It’s again made with 65% modal, 35% cotton, so it’s soft and has a little stretch to it.
