Olfactif is a monthly perfume subscription box. Each month subscribers receive some of the finest and hardest-to-find perfume samples from niche artists around the world. Samples are contained in 2.25mL glass vials and each vial has enough for 15 – 20 wearings. In addition, you will receive an $18 credit to put toward a full bottle of a featured scent, every month.
Olfactif ships via USPS around the 1st of the month. If your first purchase is before the 15th of the month they will ship out your collection immediately. Otherwise your first box will ship around the 1st of the following month.
The September 2015 Olfactif theme was “Welcome to Tauerville” and included the following scents:
~Rose Flash By Tauerville: Rose Flash is described as “overflowing with greens, spices, citrus, and woods”. It must be one of the most gorgeous rose scents ever. It’s spicy, but floral at the same time. I think I picked up some cinnamon in there too? It’s really reminds me of fall that’s for sure.
~Vanilla Flash: Vanilla Flash is a “spicy, earthy, rich vanilla draped across a bed of smoky tobacco”. It’s another amazing scent and I think I get different notes every time I sniff it. If there was a candle in this scent I would get it immediately.
~Incense Flash: Incense Flash has notes of leather, musky woods, ambergris, and natural Boswellia serrata incense. Now this scent, yeah, I’m just not feeling it. It’s too much for me personally. It smelled almost sweet to me and was very strong.
I thought this month’s Olfactif was quite fun! I thought trying a few scents from the same maker was a nice switch up from their previous boxes.
