The first look was incredible! I was impressed with this box from the start. It doesn’t have an information card, but the October 2015 The Menswear Club box included the following items:
~Happy Socks Argyle Socks ($12): B’s sock game is top notch thanks to subscription boxes and these will be a great addition. Happy Socks are well made and come in a ton of great patterns and colors.
~HUE Pomade ($22): With three boys (well two boys and a man) we go through a lot of hair product around here. I always try to keep some in with me for those hair emergencies. The hold on this one was nice and didn’t leave any crustries.
~Proof Wood Wallet ($20): B was so excited to see a Proof item in here. He has some Proof sunglasses and loves the brand. They use only sustainable materials and make the neatest stuff. I don’t know that B would actually carry this in his pocket, but it will be nice to put loyalty cards in and leave in his truck.
~Dr. Squatch Gold Moss Scrub ($6): This soap smells “woodsy” and contains sea salt to help get rid of dead skin. B has received a few items from this brand and has always enjoyed them. We get lots of bars of soap in subscription boxes, but some are too girly for B so he grabs or these “manly” ones first.
~Skinny Tie Madness Plaid Bow Tie ($29): I have absolutely no idea how to tie this, but I am so going to figure it out and use it for holiday pictures for L! The plaid is beyond perfect and it will look great in photos.
All totaled I came up with a value of $89 for the October 2015 The Menswear Club. I absolutely loved this box. I was impressed with the value, the item selections, the box itself, pretty much everything. They are a fairly new subscription and I cannot wait to see what they do going forward!
