Two questions today…
1. What is your favorite “fast food” or quick-serve restaurant? I would consider a fast-food / quick-serve restaurant to be any place that doesn’t bring a menu to your table for you to order. My favorites would have to be Panera (I LOVE Panera) and Potbelly! If we are out running around on the weekend and need to grab lunch, it’s usually at one of these places. They are both places every in my house likes so it makes them easy picks. That Chicken & Wild Rice Soup at Panera is maybe the best thing ever!
2. What is something that you’d like to receive in a subscription box, but haven’t? Also, what do you receive a ton of in subscription boxes? Items I would like to receive in a box include a wallet (I could use a new one), a vase and some sort of jewelry organizer. Items I receive a ton of include headphones (I have a zillion), water bottles (I do love them though) and notebooks (but again, I do like them). What about you? What are you overloaded on and what would you like to see?

1. In the city (NY) we have a local chain called Num Pang that serve sandwiches that are similar to Bahn Mi. They have a bunch of different types (brisket, pulled pork, pork meatball) and they are all so delicious. If you ever make a NYC trip, I highly recommend it! I also love the fries from Five Guys…total guilty pleasure. And now that they’re serving milkshakes, things could get dangerous for me. 2. I’ve gotten so much mascara but I’m allergic to every brand I’ve tried-from drugstore brands to more expensive brands purchased directly from the cosmetic counter. It makes my eyes swell and bulge. And this might be weird to some people, but I would really like to see a Diva Cup or something similar in an upcoming box. I’ve always wanted to try them.
I’m with you, my favorite fast service place to eat is totally panera! We also have a Mexican grill chain that I love called Costa vida.
Some things I’d love to receive more in sub boxes are makeup brushes, linens (dish towels, pillow covers, etc.) and maybe more candles. You can never have enough! Things I get a lot of, eye creams, eye shadows, and head phones.
I would love to get more candles!
And… I think I have 1000 black eyeliners now!
How on earth did I forget about eyeliners? I must just be blocking them out!
I’m a vegetarian so I don’t like pretty much any burger places and I get a little tired of sandwich shops (because everything I can order is a variation on “roasted or raw vegetables on bread”). So I like pseudo-Mexican places like Willy’s (may only be in Atlanta), Moe’s, and Chipotle instead.
What do I receive a ton of in subscription boxes? Eyeliner and lip balm are overdone. I feel that both are cheap ways for box companies to say they sent full size items. Moisturizers, eye creams, and serums (usually in deluxe sample containers) are pretty common, as well. Oh, and hair products I will not use — have a ton of those (dry shampoo, sea salt spray, volumizing spray, etc.). And Harvey Prince anything — it goes straight to the trash. Also rollerballs and sprays of essential oils/blends that are supposed to energize you/open up some chakra or other/etc. I never remember to use these and I don’t usually like their scents for perfume. And Konjac sponges. I have far more of these than I will ever get around to using. And mascara. I have an entire shoebox full of mascaras — and that’s with only using each one for a month and then throwing it out.
What would I like to get? Hmmm…milk chocolate. Everything is always dark chocolate. I like milk chocolate better but you don’t see it too often in the snack subscriptions. Also cat treats that don’t have chicken or fish or grain in them. Dog toys that Nyx can’t destroy in 30 seconds. Tea that’s not from Yogi Tea (not really a fan of that brand — they put licorice extract in everything). Fitness stuff that’s not for beginners (1-pound ankle weights don’t really cut it for me, you know?). Vitamins and supplements (and snacks) without fish oil or gelatin.
We don’t have a Willy’s, but I do love Chipotle.
Eyeliners. What will I ever do with them all? And yes, Harvey Prince is everywhere now. I do like many of their scents, but they have been in SO many boxes. I’m not a fan of perfume samples that don’t have sprayers. I can’t be trusted with that little vial in my purse.

I don’t mind eyeliners always, because I use them for “face painting” for the bigger girls, and the little one likes to have a cat drawn on her hand everyday.. and I wouldn’t be buying them for that purpose, but when you get a zillion of them, I don’t mind using them for that!
I WOULD love a surprise candle, that’d be a lot of fun. I could get behind a pretty wallet, too! Some more practical stuff would be great. An umbrella? I know they’ve been done before, but pretty rarely!
1) my favorite quick food places would have to be subway, noodles and company, and the place I used to work California Tortilla which despite the name was started in Maryland and they are only on the east coast sp far. I love their burrito bowls and my mom loves their giant salads but sadly the one I worked at closed about a year ago so now we’d have to drive like an hour to get to one :(.
2) I have so much eyeliner and mascara from boxes and I can’t use most of the mascara cause my left eyelid is sensitive since I had that eye removed 2 years ago.
Would love to get a ring candle I’m ssurprised no box has yet. Or a good brush cleaner what with all the brushes I’ve been sent lol.
I am really loving the Chicken Shack from Shake Shack! So good! That’s my favorite lately. I also really like the black bean burger and sweet potato fries at Smashburger!

I’m so tired of getting perfumes & mascara – it never ends.
I would love to see nice office supplies that I could actually use at work. Milk chocolate would be great too and I can never have enough of those fancy rice krispy treats.
I would say that whatabuger and Torchys Tacos are my favorite.
I only subscribe to popsugar, So I am not quite on product overload like some. I really like it when they send a ” staple” beauty product. Which for me would be moisturizer, body lotion, bubble bath, and mascara. I always use these up.
