~Good morning! Not much happening here other than working on wrapping up the end of the school year. W’s last day is tomorrow and L’s is next week we we’re almost there. They both have some activities planned (more L than W) for summer and we are just way ready to start the fun.

~Subscription box wise I am expecting Box of Style, SprezzaBox, Must Have Mini (that will probably be next week though), BeautyFIX, Meal Time Box and a handful of others to round out the week. I have my fingers crossed that today is the day for June POPSUGAR and Summer FabFitFun spoilers, but we’ll see!

~Does anyone have any recommendations for aviator sunglasses without a nose piece? Or at least without a nose piece that gets tangled in my hair? I LOVE the look of aviators, but I despise untangling them from my hair. I have heard that Oakley Feedback sunglasses are basically what I am looking for, but I am NOT looking to spend $200 so I am hoping someone has an amazing recommendation for me!

The Oakley Ones

~Is anyone doing the Reddit Arbitrary Day Secret Santa? I had fun with the Holiday one, so I am planning on doing this one too.

That’s it from here! Hope you are having a great day!

In college I worked at a Sunglass Hut and people asked that all the time… but even the Oakleys you post still snagged some hair. The only recommendation we had was to buy the plastic framed aviator lookalikes. Similar to these: http://www.amazon.com/Classic-Sunglasses-Plastic-Aviator-Double/dp/B002M3SQH2
You would think Rayban would have an and option for that by now, especially for women.

You’d think! Someone should invent something. They’d be rich!

I don’t think they’d stay in place well without the nose pieces. I alternate between aviators and plastic frame sunglasses without nose pieces. But the plastic frame is so much thicker it stays in place better. Ray Ban makes plastic frame aviators, that might be the closest thing. Alternatively… buy cheap aviators and clip off the nose pieces with metal snips and see if you like the feel… then spring for the $$ ones 🙂

I’m doing Arbitrary Day. I am also doing decades and movies too. I do at least one exchange in every round. I love the exchanges.

I’m doing arbitrary day! Just did petsmart last round and of course regulate secret santa in december… i’m trying to wait patiently for a makeup/skin care exchange!

My hair still gets tangled. I have fine hair though so maybe thick hair wouldn’t. Sorry

Ugh. I am sure mine would still get tangled too then!

You should check Costco out. Most people don’t know that they have a BUNCH of sunglasses for great costco pricing. Plus, if you find some on the boards that you pick from to put a rx in, you just pay for the frame and they put polarized lenses in for free. It’s definitely worth checking out!!

I should try Costco! Thank you!!!
