~Happy Sunday! The Cowboys – Packers game?  Wow.  I have no interest in either team and I was still SO nervous watching.  Such a great game.

~Did anyone else’s Target have a Wellness Event yesterday? We just happened to stumble into it when we walked in, but they were giving away reusable bags, snacks (most of which children ate), product samples and coupons.  We were pretty pleased with it!

~Does anyone use the “Google Photos” app?  I hear that it’s an amazing way to back up your pictures automatically and has no storage limit (unlike the Cloud).  I am currently backing up all 9 million pictures I have on there and I’ll report back on what I think.  I suspect this is an app everyone has been using for years and I am just now learning about ;).

~During the big thunderstorms last week I realized that my basement had once again leaked (it’s actually more of a drip than a leak).  We decided to cut into the wall to make sure are no visible issues (mold, a giant crack, whatever).  There isn’t, but now I need to get a picture to cover this up – or never close that door ;).  LOL!!! I swear things like this only happen when B is out of town!

That’s it from here!  Have a great night!

Funny story about basements. Years ago we went to Michigan to visit my mom’s bestfriend and they had a basement, which we were mesmerized by… we don’t have many basements in Texas because our ground settles so bad in the summer! (I’m 29 and still think basements are super cool!)
Also, the Cowboys game just stomped all over my heart. So disheartening…

Basements are cool! So much extra space. I am not sure if I could ever move to a house without a basement after having one for so long.

And I am sorry about the Cowboy. I didn’t want that game to ever end!

Out target had the “free” bags. When we checked out the cashier scanned the bag and charged us 99 cents! Haha!

I didn’t even offer up the bag to the cashier to scan though. They probably would have charged me too!

I would LOVE a basement…no basements in South Louisiana either, but all that extra square footage….sweet!!

It really is amazing! I always wonder where people in no basement states store all their junk!!

We call them sheds (detached garages) it’s as big as our house. Great for storage but not usable living space.

My husband would love that! If we had a lot of land we’d for sure have a shed. But our homeowners assoc. doesn’t even allow little ones!
