1. What (if any) resolutions have you made for 2017? I try not to make any crazy ones, but I am going to continue to eat better, get on the treadmill more and drink more water (that’s the story of my life). I have found that the more ambitious I am with resolutions, the more likely I am to break them.
2. What are your go to winter boots? I don’t need anything too dressy, crazy expensive or heavy duty snow boots, I’m just looking for everyday winter boots. Any suggestions? It’s kind of overwhelming to look on Amazon / Zappos, so I am hoping someone has a recommendation!
Looking forward to hearing your answers!
Columbia Women’s Minx or Heavenly lace up boots! They are on sale on their website right now. I got mine from our local outlet mall even cheaper. They are nice and thin but warm! They keep my feet dry and aren’t bulky.
I’m going to drink more green tea and eat more veggies…
Teva de la vin boots are amazing, they really are waterproof and look pretty cute with leggings (I like the low). Sierra Trading Post and Zuliy sometimes have them for super cheap. Sierra ships super fast too and is always having deals. Amazon does carry them too, but they are sometimes full price.
I second the Teva de la vin boots! I bought the grey/gunsmoke? Tall boots and am wearing them all the time. Totally getting my money’s worth. I found them on Amazon for $75 but they do usually sell there for full price.
I’m on day 28 of whole 30 and my goal is to keep it up (most of the time). Also, buy a house! Oh and more water-I’ve been using the app iHydrate to help. Unfortunately it makes me see I’m only drinking half of what I should (and I’m nursing so I should be drinking more).
I like bear paw or ugg boots. 6 pm always has a sale or you can check… Gottadeal.com … Or …. Bradsdeals.com. They post all the new deals all day long as well as special codes for additional savings.
This is my first time in 50 yrs( yikes! ) that I’ve made a resolution. Mine are
Treadmill a twice a week for then mins. I figured this is less pressure on me and I’m more likely to do it!
Eat fruit with dinner every night.easy to keep because it can be any fruit
Start or finish one project everyday. This can be as simple as making a shopping list or as big as cleaning the closet.
Again less pressure on me so I’m more likely to do it. Lol
My resolution was to practice better self-care. I stay at home with my 2 young kiddos and it’s so easy to get caught up in caring for them and housework. So I told myself this year better self-care is just what makes me happy, and centers myself more. For me this means going to sleep earlier, getting more exercise, taking time for myself (pedicure or massages), even having a glass of wine at the end of a long day.
Adidas Outdoor- They are my go to for winter errands. They are a cross between snow boots, board boots, and tennis shoes. They, also, come in cool colors.
