The box includes fun, exciting and colorful products that promote self-expression and individuality. GirlBoxx offers the Girlbagg ($17.99/month) and the GirlBoxx ($27.99/month). The February 2017 “Sweetheart” 6-8 year-old GirlBoxx included the following items:
~Scentco Sweetheart Smens ($2.99): This pen is “passion fruit” scented and writes in pink glitter gel ink. What’s not to like? They sell smencils (the pencil version of this) every once in a while at L’s school for Student Council fundraisers, and they are always a hit.
~Pink Flower Headband ($8.99 per information card): These are cat ears, which, according to the information card, is on trend right now.
~NPW Fox Lip Balm ($5.99): This is a vanilla scented lip balm in a cute little fox container. It’s age appropriate, smells good and is adorable.
~Pink Pom Pom Hair Ties ($2.99): Fun! These look similar to the poofy keychains that are all the rage, but these are more practical since most (all?) 6-8 year-olds don’t have any keys.
~NPW Nail Wraps (~$5): These are so fun and so different from any other nail wraps I have seen. They have a clear background which you don’t see a lot in nail wraps.
~GirlBoxx Charm Bracelet ($20) + Charm ($6.50): This first month of every GirlBoxx includes a charm bracelet. It’s made out of a high-quality metal that is designed not to discolor over time. Every GirlBoxx also includes a charm to add to your bracelet which I love. This month’s charm (a pink heart with a little black heart in the corner) fit the theme perfectly.
All totaled the February 2017 GirlBoxx had a value of $32.46. I didn’t include the $20 value of charm bracelet in the total because it’s only in the first box (if you were a recurring subscriber your box couldn’t have that added value). I thought the selections in here were adorable and age-appropriate. A very cute new box.
