Today I’m Smiling Because…
~School is over!!! Both boys got fantastic report cards (I am extra proud of L for good marks in organization and handwriting!!!) and we’re free for the next few months!!
~To celebrate the last day of school we surprised the boys with a trip to the Detroit Cookie Company. The cookies / ice-cream were just as fantastic as we had hoped and we’ll happily go back!
~The couch cushions are back on and looking good. I finally got that one to fit!
~I remembered (at the total last minute) to get the boys “Oh the Places You’ll Go” books signed by their teachers. Phew!
~We have a new instructor at barre and she’s amazing. She’s SO TOUGH, but in a good way!
~I think we (finally) have our summer plans all nailed now! B had some travel / school dates to confirm, but I think we are all set now, which makes planning things 100x easier!
